Chance waited on my mother, granddaughter, and myself. He was attentive to details and very customer service oriented. The store is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I hope that Hardee's management takes note of the awesome job that Chance is doing and that they reward him for going above and beyond.

To say anything nice, I don't think that I can. They are ridiculous and rude. Not clean. 3 times got a simple chicken breast sandwich. To get home and its a shriveled burnt chicken finger. Not even a chicken breast. They literally will laugh at you. 3 times. I won't return. I've reported my experience to cooperate.

Awful experience. Waited over 20 mins for my food. They forgot to give me sauce and my fries. When I called to ask about my fries the lady was incredibly rude. Lied about me not ordering a combo and didn’t offer to give me my fries. I’ll probably never be back.

I love Hardees break fast but to get a fresh good one you have to go at a specific time before the rush but not so early that you get something thats been under the heat lamp for a bit. Also theres a little old lady that works the morning drive throughs thats worked there for years that me and my wife try our best to go when shes working because the food and service are always best with her.

The Galax Hradees on N Main needs improvement. I stopped by with a little friend of mine, a 7 year old girl. We weren’t welcomed when we walked in. An employee who was making their way to the back glanced at my small companion and me, sighed deeply, and looked at us as though we were a problem. We had to wait 10 minutes to place our order. Our loaded omelet biscuits were essentially just an egg on a biscuit, they weren’t loaded. “Whatever dude, I’m just going to refund you!” Is what they said when I complained, they didn’t ask if we wanted our biscuits made again or if we wanted a different biscuit. It’s immediately a refund. Screams “Get out of my hair!”

Was not a customer in restaurant. Employee was outsd hanging out with girl in car. Went and had to wait for him to come back insd. Took forever to get a hamburger that was on special. Hamburger looked and tasted old, bun was cold and tough. Was worst fast food I have ever had. Will not be back there anytime soon.
