Update: Stopped by Hardee's to give them another chance this morning. Ordered a steak biscuit with tomato and mayo to which they gave me a half slice of one tiny tomato on my biscuit and handed me my own mayonnaise to put on. At this point I'll make my own biscuits. The only reason you have one star is because I'm not allowed to give 0 stars. Biscuits have been overcooked not once but twice this week. Lead to incredibly hard biscuits. Also it's aggravating when you order a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and your egg is thinner than the slice of cheese is. They have went way downhill on food quality. *Update- Just ordered online and my entire order was wrong when I got home with it. Missing half the fries for the meals and made my kids fully loaded hotdogs when they were supposed to be plain. Also threw in someone else's food. SMDH Sadly it's only gotten worse.

Absolute worse ever!! Biscuit so hard you can build a house with it. Checkout the cinnamon raisin. Crumbs and no icing!! The staff didn’t notice the horrible quality!! Owner needs to wake up! The breakfast was nasty and unacceptable!! Money down the drain for food that I had to trash.

Onions when we asked for no onions, just disgusting food that is not edible. Slow service at the speaker (had to confirm my order about 4 times to the lady), and super rude service at the window. Never again will I return.

Chance waited on my mother, granddaughter, and myself. He was attentive to details and very customer service oriented. The store is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I hope that Hardee's management takes note of the awesome job that Chance is doing and that they reward him for going above and beyond.

To say anything nice, I don't think that I can. They are ridiculous and rude. Not clean. 3 times got a simple chicken breast sandwich. To get home and its a shriveled burnt chicken finger. Not even a chicken breast. They literally will laugh at you. 3 times. I won't return. I've reported my experience to cooperate.

Awful experience. Waited over 20 mins for my food. They forgot to give me sauce and my fries. When I called to ask about my fries the lady was incredibly rude. Lied about me not ordering a combo and didn’t offer to give me my fries. I’ll probably never be back.
