To say anything nice, I don't think that I can. They are ridiculous and rude. Not clean. 3 times got a simple chicken breast sandwich. To get home and its a shriveled burnt chicken finger. Not even a chicken breast. They literally will laugh at you. 3 times. I won't return. I've reported my experience to cooperate.

I love Hardees break fast but to get a fresh good one you have to go at a specific time before the rush but not so early that you get something thats been under the heat lamp for a bit. Also theres a little old lady that works the morning drive throughs thats worked there for years that me and my wife try our best to go when shes working because the food and service are always best with her.

The Galax Hradees on N Main needs improvement. I stopped by with a little friend of mine, a 7 year old girl. We weren’t welcomed when we walked in. An employee who was making their way to the back glanced at my small companion and me, sighed deeply, and looked at us as though we were a problem. We had to wait 10 minutes to place our order. Our loaded omelet biscuits were essentially just an egg on a biscuit, they weren’t loaded. “Whatever dude, I’m just going to refund you!” Is what they said when I complained, they didn’t ask if we wanted our biscuits made again or if we wanted a different biscuit. It’s immediately a refund. Screams “Get out of my hair!”

Was not a customer in restaurant. Employee was outsd hanging out with girl in car. Went and had to wait for him to come back insd. Took forever to get a hamburger that was on special. Hamburger looked and tasted old, bun was cold and tough. Was worst fast food I have ever had. Will not be back there anytime soon.

We ordered French fries and 2 chicken wraps. The fries were good but the wraps were small, one small piece of chicken plus the lettuce and cheese and it was more of a snack than a meal. It was a small 6 inch tortilla than the large 9 or 12 inch one that we thought it would come with.

I love Hardee's but this location seems to be struggling with having enough staff to cover the business. I went through the drive thru and had ordered on the app. I was given my order but looking at the bag I knew something had to be missing, I asked the young lady and she said it was all there..I looked at her and said I think I'm missing the chicken dinner plate which is a pretty big bunch of food ?..she sort of had a moment of realization that she had left it out..she apologized very sincerely and gave me my chicken. She explained how short staffed they were and I understood that it was a simple mistake. The food was really good and even though I had a bit of a issue I will be back.

Drive through service was poor to say the least. We were the only ones ordering yet our order took roughly 10-15mins to be ready the burgers where cold. In that order they forgot our straws and even BBQ sauce. Went inside to get bbq sauce for my kids chicken strips and everyone just stared at me and ignored me. left me waiting for help for roughly 5 mins.
