I love Hardees break fast but to get a fresh good one you have to go at a specific time before the rush but not so early that you get something thats been under the heat lamp for a bit. Also theres a little old lady that works the morning drive throughs thats worked there for years that me and my wife try our best to go when shes working because the food and service are always best with her.
I love Hardee's but this location seems to be struggling with having enough staff to cover the business. I went through the drive thru and had ordered on the app. I was given my order but looking at the bag I knew something had to be missing, I asked the young lady and she said it was all there..I looked at her and said I think I'm missing the chicken dinner plate which is a pretty big bunch of food ?..she sort of had a moment of realization that she had left it out..she...
Drive through service was poor to say the least. We were the only ones ordering yet our order took roughly 10-15mins to be ready the burgers where cold. In that order they forgot our straws and even BBQ sauce. Went inside to get bbq sauce for my kids chicken strips and everyone just stared at me and ignored me. left me waiting for help for roughly 5 mins.
