I’m new to the area and this is the third time I’ve been to that store out of the three times this time was awful. I’ve spent $27 there and I was unable to eat anything because it was cold and hard. The first two times I was there. I was absolutely delighted.

We went through the drive thru and got a meal. Carol was the nicest cashier and even told me about their half gallon of sweet tea milk hen I asked for the biggest one they have. The food was on point!!!! Thanks guys! Keep on rocking’

This was my first visit to this location, but compared to other KFC locations, it was the best. I placed an online order and arrived before the pickup time. I was immediately greeted when I came into the restaurant but told the food wasn't ready yet (no big deal as I was early and I wasn't in a hurry anyways). The lady apologized and seemed a bit worried I had to wait, but I reassured her there was no rush. When I got home with the food, it was perfect-the order was correct, the food was hot and fresh, and the side containers were actually filled (as other locations only like to fill them halfway). I would return to this location and would recommend it to anyone else. The only reason I ranked as 4 stars instead of 5, is that employees feel understaffed and seem stressed as well as I noticed Christmas decorations as well as fall decorations were still up, which brings questions and concerns to mind.

The chicken livers the last 4 times we got them were hard and dry. Despite 1 time being told they were just pulled up. And I get charged a different amount every time I get them. Probably won’t go again. Just ridiculous at this point.
Our power was out this morning and we had shopping to do, so we stopped by at our local KFC for a quick lunch. We shared a 3-piece meal. It was ready quickly and we noticed more than 3 pieces! They said that they were small pieces so they gave us some extra. The chicken was "burn your fingers" hot and just the way we like it. Service was great, and there was NO loud music. We didn't have to shout at each other! Thank you, KFC staff!

Prices too high, most of the time the inside is not even open to walk in and get something to eat.they charge for buckets of chicken,and add small little wings in as pieces counted.rediculous .I honestly don't know how their still open.

Lobby was closed due to being short staffed but there were six employees working, one of which was running around outside on his phone for over 20 minutes. Then he continued to run in and out of the back door of the restaurant for no apparent reason. We had to wait on fries that when we got them were warm at best. The woman running drive thru was rude. Overall not a good experience.
