Every other kfc i’ve gone to has had amazing food, terrible biscuits. Ironically, this place had terrible food, but an amazing biscuit. (Edit: I would like to add images of the dry chicken nuggets I received that honestly kinda shocked me when i opened the box)

Watched employees taking out trash, then a car drove off infront of us. We got to the speaker and they said they wanted us to hold on twice. Also out of food apparently when they finally took our order after 8 minutes of being in the drive-thru. Also that it would take 17 minutes to make what we wanted.

I understand prices have went up about everywhere. An 8 piece meal has added more than 1/2 half of its original price. Also I got a cup of ice water that most either give you or maybe charge for the empty cup. A cup of ice water at KFC was one dollar and tax.Im thinking there are to many restaurants in Galax than to pay right at 35 dollars for an 8 piece meal and a cup of water.
They have good food but sadly they got rid of the buffet. Don't know why they got rid of it. And the prices they are affordable.

I expect better out of KFC my order was incorrect the food was cold and the biscuits were hard as rocks like they had been under a heat lamp all day I tried to call to have my food remade because it was take out and I was already home but they have the phone off the hook so no one can call them my advise is go to wytheville VA or mount airy NC also a female employee snuck off into the bathroom with her girlfriend very unprofessional I don't even want to know what they were doing in the bathroom never again will I come to this location
