Our power was out this morning and we had shopping to do, so we stopped by at our local KFC for a quick lunch. We shared a 3-piece meal. It was ready quickly and we noticed more than 3 pieces! They said that they were small pieces so they gave us some extra. The chicken was "burn your fingers" hot and just the way we like it. Service was great, and there was NO loud music. We didn't have to shout at each other! Thank you, KFC staff!

Prices too high, most of the time the inside is not even open to walk in and get something to eat.they charge for buckets of chicken,and add small little wings in as pieces counted.rediculous .I honestly don't know how their still open.

Lobby was closed due to being short staffed but there were six employees working, one of which was running around outside on his phone for over 20 minutes. Then he continued to run in and out of the back door of the restaurant for no apparent reason. We had to wait on fries that when we got them were warm at best. The woman running drive thru was rude. Overall not a good experience.

We ordered a 12-piece bucket with sides – fries, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. Unfortunately, the chicken was inedible, with a thick, old, and unpleasant breading, akin to biting into crackers with a bitter fishy aftertaste. Even the fries and biscuits were subpar, the latter being gummy. Despite the high cost, my kids and I could only manage two bites each (Idid eat a whole drumstick, I mean I paid for this) due to nausea. We didn't even open the mashed potatoes or cole slaw. As a single mom of two, our "treat" night turned into a disappointing disaster.This wasn't even a matter of old cooked food, it was rancid.The visit was 12/12/2023 at 8:06p $43.42

I don't know how anyone could work there after hearing there manager yesterday. She treated her workers like dogs, no wonder they are short staffed, it was honestly very sad to hear and see her treat her workers that way. I won't be back anytime soon. .

This place just needs to shut down and allow Chic-fil-a to come in it’s place! Employees never show up making it continuously short staffed and what help they do have don’t want to do their jobs to their full capacity leading to messed up orders every time! If they are out of something and you order it, instead of informing you that they don’t have it they simply leave it out of your order in hopes that you want notice or you will accept it when they just say “oh yeah, we’re out.” and leave it at that. For example: I ordered a beverage bucket but because they didn’t have a bucket, they expected me to just accept that they had run out of the container to put the tea in. I paid for it, so why would I just accept it without a refund, yet it’s what the manager expected.Why bother to have the quick mobile if you have to still have to sit through the drive thru? Wait time is just as long making it worthless. When lobby is closed, you are forced to go through the drive thru to pick up your quick mobile order! This location the lobby is closed almost daily!Parking: Lots of parking because it’s all you do is park and wait in line in the drive thru!

Had late lunch here today. I have eaten at this KFC many times before and it's usually been pretty good food. The "Original" chicken was overly greasey and disappointing today and, since it came off the same warmer sheet pan as the rest of the finished chicken would, there was no use to ask for replacement pieces as they would be the same. However, my wife said her chicken sandwich was pretty good. Not sure what happened with the Original.
