I felt so bad for the under staffing. They were working there butter off. The new buffet at pizza hut offers 3 pizzas. Breads stick s had no sauce. Pasta and desert sticks. The staff was trying so hard. But 3 pizzas for a full dinning room doesn't work. The hot well was totally empty so im not sure what should have been there but it wasn't. None of the pizzas were cut right so you had to cut them with the spatula. That left a mess by people having to do this. Pizzas hut only allows very little payroll and who wants to go work 3 hrs just for buffet time. Buffet time is the worst tips. I have to give 5 stars to the service because they was trying.

We visited this store today, first time in 2yrs. It’s under new management. It was clean and manager was so friendly. Food was great. We got the buffet. I will definitely be back.

When I received my personal pan pizza it was in a round foil container that they used to store the dough. Bad idea as the pizza was no longer crunchy but steamed from the heat having no where to go. Use a pizza box.

Ordered online at 230pm on a Tuesday. Estimated time was 25 minutes. 2 hours from the time I ordered I called to cancel. There were no updates to my order in that time frame. An hour would have been fine, even an hour and a half but hungry doesn't wait 2 hours without getting a little irritated.

Put in an online order and when i got to the store i was told they were out of 2-3 pizzas i ordered. Said it would be 7 minute wait. Been here 25 minutes now. Not very good service.

i went to galax pizza hut on 8/13/25 for the lunch buffet and received some of the best service i have ever gotten there. the pizza was fresh and plentiful, my server was super friendly and attentive, and the crew was nice every time they refilled the buffet. i will definitely be coming back again to enjoy the buffet soon
The floor was a little sticky and they don't have the buffet for supper. Super good crust tho 🍕

They have signs up stating they serve beer and wine but they don't. Also our server never asked us what style pizza we wanted and as a result we didn't get what we truly wanted.

I ordered my pizzas online for delivery at the Galax,va store order #0035, when the pizzas arrived they were not what I ordered. I called and spoke with a young girl and the manager Isaac about my issue and they literally told me I was a liar that they know the order was correct and would not send out new pizzas. Furious at this point I had to drive to the store and show Isaac the pizzas then he has nothing to say he knew then he was in the wrong but refused a refund just made more pizzas that I didn't really want as mad as I am. Staff should never speak to a paying customer this way Ever! I will be calling the GM and corporate this is unacceptable never will go back
