Literally the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had everything taste, burnt or old. I recommend going to the one in Food city for a good coffee. I’ve been to the drive-through one several times and every cup of coffee I’ve gotten has not been good

Don’t do it. Just don’t. If you’re gonna order anything mocha related, just go buy a Yohoo. That’s all you’ll be getting. If you order online and ask for espresso or any type shots, you won’t get them. I just picked up my flat white and it’s basically chocolate milk. Blows. This fine establishment is inside a Food City grocery store so I was able to get a pack of Oreos to have with my chocolate milk. My last visit to this location. Real shame because there isn’t another Starbucks within 20 miles. I’ll just make my own.

Just bought a coffee from there and this is what I received. Only half full the rest is whipped cream. My friend got the paradise drink which is awful tasting. The lady taking my order was very rude. Not the first time I’ve receive bad service from this Starbucks.

I've had two people make great shaken expresso, but two times in a row I've gotten what it looks like two pumps of something and a premixed coffee poured in my cup. Not made right in the slightest. The price you pay for the drinks they should be made how they are supposed to be made.
