Worst Taco Bell ever.no cleanliness at all. Got wrong order. Order cheese quesadilla gave us chicken in it. Really! people making food don’t know to make cheese quesadilla. As I want to talk to manager and all of three people one on cash register one was making food and one was on window said they three were manager. There was no manager on site. They all lying.If I could ever give them below zero rating.

love the workers but it must be genuinely impossible to put food into a bag there i don’t think i’ve gotten my full order once in like a year. corporate needs to stop worrying about that timing screen being under 3mins and worry about giving out the food people pay for sorrryyy

How in the world dose this location stay open everything I go on there the employees are always fighting with each other the food is hardly ever right I know this is a franchise own but mabie corporate needs to step in hillsvill is 10 times better then this o e yall need to fire all the staff and management and hire all new this is crazy I want in today it was 10 they supposed to open up at 9 and they rudley said we not open and we dontt know when we will be something has to be done

We had to go back through twice because they messed up our order terribly! The manager asked us to pull up so she could remake our burrito we pulled up and waited for 20 minutes. Then they sent an employee out and asked if we were waiting on something and I’m not gonna lie I was pretty upset! I tore my ACL and just wanted to eat after hours in the hospital! Not to mention the nasty attitudes they have! Please work on your service and maybe train your employees to have a little bit more training on how to read orders. And make sure employees are making your company look good!

I drove to the drive thru line. Once I reached the spot where I could place my order, I was informed there was a 20 minute wait. I explained I was stuck between vehicles in line but couldn’t wait 20 minutes for fast food. I let the cars behind me know the wait time and asked to be able to back out of the space in line. Then someone from Taco Bell spoke up to say they were mistaken about the number of cars in line shown on camera. They could now take my order. I promptly let them know I no longer wished to purchase food from this restaurant and only wanted a way to get out of the line. I had to wait for the car in front of me to leave before being free to leave on my own.

2 chicken supreme burritos, that's 90% refried beans . Not again

I ordered a taco supreme meal and there was no sour cream on them and little to no meat. The meximelt looked like a small burrito and was dripping something wet. The tostada was also soggy with a lot of sauce and very little cheese. It looked more like a mexican pizza than a tostada. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the food. And my Pepsi had three ice cubes that melted practically before I got home. This is not the first time Taco Bell has served less than pleasing food, I wish I had thought to take pictures. It was so unappealing, most of it went in the trash. What a waste. I would not recommend any of the food.

Placed order at the kiosk and was not provided a receipt. When I received my food my side of beans and cheese was missing. The employee runs to the back and returns with just a pile of ice cold beans in a bowl. He added cheese after I asked but it was still all cold. I Have to take them home to microwave them before I can eat them. I also ordered a strawberry freeze which they said needed to "unthaw" so it would he an extra thirty minutes. My nachos and cheese which cost almost $4 had barely a squirt of nacho cheese in the bowl. And of course since i wasn't given a receipt I can't even file an official complaint.

The last time I went to TacoBell. They messed up my online order. The meat has a foul smell. Like it's spoiled. I figure since it's been a while. They probably improved, but I was wrong. They are still doing the same thing. Still messing up order. Doesn't complete your order. I don't even care for that fast food anymore. They have really lost my service. It's a waste of my time, and if you have great service from them, then that's good for you, but my service has been horrible.

Double check your order and don’t expect friendly encounters. After months of asking for my cravings boxes to be put in boxes or simply just another bag to separate from other orders, I’m done. When I ask they just say ..no.. and always rush on the order screen and are never in any type of mood other than sour. It’s Taco Bell, we understand the food is hit or miss, but bad management or lethargic crew members ruin this spot.

The Cantina chicken is suppose to be a 4-5 minute cheese flat fried chicken taco.
This location needs to be retrained on how to prepare this meal. They tasted hard & terrible .
I just stick with Taco Bell in Philadelphia PA
I had to make two trips and still didn’t get it right.
