We had about stopped eating here and decided to try it again and WOW what a turn around on the food quality and service! We have ate there 4 or 5 times in the past couple of weeks and it's been great every time. Friendly service with a positive attitude! We look forward to eating at our local Taco Bell now. Sit here for 45 mins waiting for them to make a $5 dash order. I wouldn’t be mad but it’s hurting my paycheck and causing me to lose money. They need to prioritize door dash more than everything else our paycheck depends on it.

Worst Taco Bell ever.no cleanliness at all. Got wrong order. Order cheese quesadilla gave us chicken in it. Really! people making food don’t know to make cheese quesadilla. As I want to talk to manager and all of three people one on cash register one was making food and one was on window said they three were manager. There was no manager on site. They all lying.If I could ever give them below zero rating.

love the workers but it must be genuinely impossible to put food into a bag there i don’t think i’ve gotten my full order once in like a year. corporate needs to stop worrying about that timing screen being under 3mins and worry about giving out the food people pay for sorrryyy

How in the world dose this location stay open everything I go on there the employees are always fighting with each other the food is hardly ever right I know this is a franchise own but mabie corporate needs to step in hillsvill is 10 times better then this o e yall need to fire all the staff and management and hire all new this is crazy I want in today it was 10 they supposed to open up at 9 and they rudley said we not open and we dontt know when we will be something has to be done

We had to go back through twice because they messed up our order terribly! The manager asked us to pull up so she could remake our burrito we pulled up and waited for 20 minutes. Then they sent an employee out and asked if we were waiting on something and I’m not gonna lie I was pretty upset! I tore my ACL and just wanted to eat after hours in the hospital! Not to mention the nasty attitudes they have! Please work on your service and maybe train your employees to have a little bit more training on how to read orders. And make sure employees are making your company look good!

I drove to the drive thru line. Once I reached the spot where I could place my order, I was informed there was a 20 minute wait. I explained I was stuck between vehicles in line but couldn’t wait 20 minutes for fast food. I let the cars behind me know the wait time and asked to be able to back out of the space in line. Then someone from Taco Bell spoke up to say they were mistaken about the number of cars in line shown on camera. They could now take my order. I promptly let them know I no longer wished to purchase food from this restaurant and only wanted a way to get out of the line. I had to wait for the car in front of me to leave before being free to leave on my own.
