After several years and delicious cakes from TGC, I am taking my business elsewhere due to my most recent horrible experience. I do not hardly ever do poor reviews, but my last experience warrants one. To make a long story short, I ordered a pound cake with cream cheese icing that was discovered after having been picked up that it was without icing. I had the Galax Cakery make my grand daughter a Happy Sweet Sixteen cake. Not only was it perfect but the taste was incredible. They also make a fruit tray, vegetable tray, chicken salad croissant tray and sausage balls! I absolutely recommend them!
The Cake we ordered was exceptionally beautiful. However what we ordered on the inside is not what we got. We ordered a tres leche strawberry cake. So I let the owner know, she said they put the milks into the cake and left out the strawberries but I feel like that isn’t the truth because the cake was very dry.
