Went today. A group of eight. Most got cheeseburgers and fries which were great. The banana split in a cup was a winner for me. The service and atmosphere was a pleasure. can't wait to go back.
From the days when Garland owned it until today with Ross, quality and service have not changed. It is a blessing to take a moment, go back in time, have great food, better company in a town that is a gateway to Norton, Big Stone and Wise!! Great food, better people, memory inducing, piece of history!!
Having grown up in the area, I have heard about how good the Hob Nob is, but never tried it. It was definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious and home cooked. The restaurant was very busy, and the service was good and quick. They really know how to put out the food. The hamburger steak, slaw dog, and ice cream were delicious. I really liked the little salad bar. Hob Nob is definitely worth the drive.
