Worst McDonald's in the tri cities area. Literally every single time I go here I am asked to pull off to the side and wait for my food. I understand if it's a complicated order but it's normal stuff that they should have ready

Every time I ask for a small and they give me and charge me for a large, i ask if they have a regular donut with chocolate frosting they say yes, charge me for it then give me a creme filled one. Well they won't take it back or give me my money back and don't have what i ordered so they just take my money but don't give me what i asked for. Don't come here just don't.

The food was wrong. Asked for extra onions on burgers and to be a smart ass they threw a pound of onions on it. My mcchicken was so tough I could've broke my teeth. The fries had to be sitting there all day they were soggy and cold. This place is a joke

Came through the drive-through and placed my order for a #10 with coffee and extra cream and sugar, a steak egg cheese mcgriddle with xtra onion, which they said they could do, and a strawberry smoothie. Didn't get the smoothie and only got a steak egg and cheese biscuit. Apparently, their importance and their drive through is mostly their drive-through times and not accuracy on order. McDonald's always wants to pull customers up to the next window or another waiting spot, which i understand when there is a difficult order or a large order. My order should be correct after waiting 15 minutes. The waiting actually does nothing but waste even more time for the customers and the employees.

Every time I go to this location my food is incorrect or they charge me for one meal and give me the wrong meal entirely. Do not eat at this location unless you want poor service and wrong meals.
