I needed 28 meals for out of town workers helping to restore power in the area. I called and was assisted by Jared who was patient and courteous. The food was ready when promised and all 28 of our employees LOVED the food. I, personally, don’t care for fast food burgers, but this one was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the dinner so much they requested the same for lunch the very next day. 10/10 could not recommend this location and burger enough.

Best of the best in every category. Great burgers and sandwiches, seasoned fries, milkshakes. The star for most is only available for breakfast. It's cheddar rounds. They are crunchy on the outside with cheesey potatoes on the inside. Heaven.

Fast as lightning! Best burger I have had in a long time!
The saucy burgers aren't as saucy anymore. Very disappointing, added ketchup to help it out a little bit. Their fries were fresh and very good. The hot dog was ok. The sweet teas are always good, flavored or not.

Since the new manager has took over, it takes longer to get through the line, waiting over 5 minutes to receive your food when Eric was over it was bam bam. Within this month the past 3x I have been through something was left out. New manager needs to do better before Pals in gat city loses alot of people.

This is the best "fast food" restaurant that exists in the South. While extremely regional, their food and service out rank any other similar restaurant. Always get a hot Frenchie Fry and half and half tea every time I go.

Ordered hotdogs with CHILI with no mustard. We got all the way home, all we had was plain dry hotdog on a dry buns! No chili No onions! Pals is getting terrible in Gate City. Girls at both windows do not know how to say Hello or Thank you. Very rude. We will no longer be going there. Over time Pals has declined in smiles to rudeness.
