3rd time we’ve ordered from there in a few months, asked for a crispy double pepperoni pizza. We got a barely done pizza again! This is not the first time this has happened. We’ve had to cook it when it got here

My family has been to this Pizza Plus twice. The first was inside at the buffet, the second was a to-go pizza. The buffet was good, everything was well made. The second one, the to-go order, was ridiculous. I wish I looked before I got home. I have no idea how anyone put that in a box and thought it was acceptable. The pizza was both burnt and not cooked. See pictures to understand. I didn't reach out to see about them fixing it because they knew it should never have been served.

Pizza was good, other than a little too much sauce, it was good. Had several differences pizzas but I ate the cauliflower crust pizza, almost as good as back home. We ordered for 8, and had way too much left over.

Lady who answering the phone is extremely rude and ignorant called to place a order and because I asked for the specials that were available she huffed and snottyly started to say them towards the last 4 her voice ran like given 3 in one sentence then it was anything else anything else every time i gave her my order its anything else then she says we have it to when we can need a lesson in respect
I have ordered this Local Pizza the last 3 years. I wanted to support local family restaurants. Some odds and ends, I do understand it. But this time I couldn't take it. I spent about $60-70 a week, almost every. I always leave a good tip for the driver. This time I placed on the phone, 4 times rhey couldn't get it right, computer error. I decided to pay with cash. Driver then asked me if I want to just some change or all change ( he's asking for a tip) I gave hime tips. Order was wrong. He had to bring it back to the shop. I waited another 20mins. Finally got my order. The wings were half of the size for $1.35 each for 24 wings. Frustrating enough the next day was charged $70 on my credit. Now I was charged double. I called them, I was told that it didn't show your on their system, they asked to called the bank. Bank said it was charged and completed transaction, call the pizza plus. Many called back and forth. Such a headache and stress for me. I'm at high risk for preterm labor, at bed rest. Never order form this place again.

We have been eating at this restaurant for several years. They used to be very good & you would get what you ordered, but now I call in an order which we like thin crust. Nine out of Ten times instead of thin it’s more like hand tossed, I order extra sauce & ask them to pull it a little early so it won’t be burnt, but it seems like they don’t understand what you’re saying because you get a hand tossed crust with hardly any sauce & the cheese & crust is left in to long. I can’t imagine ordering something that may actually be harder to comprehend. We have stopped eating there & I look for the place to close if the owners doesn’t do something to correct these issues. Trust me, I’m not the only one that has gave up eating there. Lynn Garden & Bloomingdale knows how to make exactly what you order.

Worked a 10 hour day 07/19/24 and I just really didn't feel like cooking and I knowed they had $12 any pizza so I called them up and order a super deluxe and a meat extravaganza and a small cheese stick. Get home and open the pizzas and both are burnt and had they burnt anymore they would've been black. I called the store today and asked them if they would replace the food and they said no. I'll be calling corporate first thing Monday morning.

Am very sad. Was trying to order food for supper for 4 kids and they're phone was busy for over 30min. So just decided to go somewhere else because kids are hungry. Very disappointed now

Was greeted at door by driver going out. Had buffet had to seat self got food had to get own drinks no one ever came to table . Pizza was any barely on bar cheese and pepperoni only . One walking around with towel and cleaner no hi hello nothing cashier barely spoke one came out of back ask how food was told her was no veriatey out got no response first and last trip there for bar . Goto little teasers from now on . Any questions from management would be great to hear from . But will not even be read . Pizza plus has went way down hill here .. PLEASE CONTACT
