i love this sandwhich spot, they have great service which you dont find at very many places anymore. and the food tastes great and when i called about my uber eats order being over an hour late i called subway and one of the workers assisted me until i figured out what was wrong, definitely will visit again

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The restaurant was nasty including the lobby-dining area, the bathrooms, and the make table. We were the only ones waiting to order and stood there for five minutes without even an acknowledgement. When the two workers finally came to the counter, they started pulling tickets from what I assume was online orders and started filling them instead of waiting on us. This was, by far, the worst experience with Subway. Needless to say, we did not order, and we will not be back to that location.

There were four of us and they quickly and accurately completed our order and we were seated. The store has many places to set while you eat your sandwich. It was clean and neat and the service people were very friendly. I will go back to eat there again and recommend it to others.

#Subway #Footlong #Sandwich#GateCity #Virginia :An Open Letter ReviewI knew I was going to Hell the moment I unwrapped the sandwich he brought out to me.My eyes endulged on the colors of vegetables layered in Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce.My mouth lusted for the flavors, and my stomach envied my partner who had already begun to Eat Fresh.My sandwich was plump with banana peppers, spinach, red onions, green peppers, mayonnaise, ham, and the onion sauce, toasted lightly and topped with black olives. I had requested special care be taken in wrapping what I knew was going to be a mess of yum, and the staff made sure everything was orderly per my specifications.I'd never been to this location before today, but I will be returning. Excellent Job!(The gluttony was real, y'all.)
