Walked in and didn't even get to order. A woman whom I believe to be the manager was raising her voice at the younger employees in a manner I found quite upsetting. I don't think I've ever witnessed behavior like that in a place of business. Train your managers better!

A lie, the sign says we’re open for breakfast, yet the door was locked when the hours said open. Complete lack of professionalism, and no regard for truck drivers who can utilize the drive through!

I didn't even get to eat. I went at 11:25 PM. They close at midnight. The drive thru has a recorded message asking you to order when you're ready. Then you never get a response. I backed up the car eventually and pulled forward again to reset the sensor and I got a DIFFERENT recording asking to take my order. So I pulled up to the window and there was only one employee just cleaning equipment. If you're going to list your hours you should honor them. And if you're not going to honor them, TURN THE DRIVE THRU OFF

I placed the online order. When I went to pick the order up I was told they didn't have half of what I ordered. The so-called GM told me she could not replace or refund anything where it was placed on the app was very disrespectful. Very rude. When I got home I called and asked to get a name or number for someone over her. She refused to give me a name said she didn't even know who would be over her at that restaurant.

I called at 11:20pm on 7-19-25 to see what time they closed, the lady said 12:00am. I told her goog, that i was 10 miles away. I get there and there's noone in sight and the doors were locked.

in a dang decent truck stop and closed at 10pm and still not open at 700 am. petro should have never let yall go in. it is so common they open later than advertised that the ladies said 25 to 30 mins when I asked what time the Arby's opened. July 3rd 2025
