I felt very welcomed by lady who waited on me.she always smiled while time I was ordering.the best attitude I've saw at a fast food place.i enjoyed my meal so much the food is great.i just wish they were more people like that lady as he had name tag Becky.
Parking: They was a lot people eating there today so I had park back some.but it was well worth it.food amazing n service from that lady was best how she relaxed me with her smile.

Ask for a cheese substitute and without even telling me there was a $1 charge for the substitute of cheese sauce instead of cheddar slice so I then asked for the original cheese to be added too. The guy putting my sandwich together puts the cheese slice on top of the bun instead of inside the sandwich. Customer service is definitely a dying thing.

Was asking about the slider and the cashier added it to my order accidentally. I have never been in a restaurant where you could not change your order or that they would not refund your money. Finally after much discussion. The lady manager said she would have to call I guess the owner. She finally came back and refunded my money for the slider. Also the coke tasted terrible. I went and poured it out and got a Dr pepper. Crazy!!

I'm telling you, the employees working around midnight are the best. My chicken sandwich was the best ever. Better than chick-fil-a!! Service was quick and helpful. The employees were firmly mopping the floor nicely. Although the drink tasted funny (Mello Yellow), everything else was great. I rang the bell, too.
