Absolutely nasty.. the bathroom smells bad and nats flying around everywhere in the bathroom.. the young guy brought me out my ban dip and had his fingers all in it and the chips were stiff and some of the chicken in my quesadilla was done.. so I didn’t eat at all I paid and left before even taking my first bite so yes I paid for something I didn’t even eat but like 5 bites out of. Now I left like 30 or 40 minutes ago and I’ve been throwing up and doing number 2 nonstop since I left

My husband, daughter, and I ate here for the first time. The staff was very welcoming. The food was amazing. Our waiter was super nice. The portions are great especially for what you pay. The prices are really good also. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Mexican food.

Terrible place to eat. Service was nonexistent. We literally had to grab our own menus and find a seat. Finally a dude came out, but he was just as sour as the salsa was. Pina colada was terrible. Food was not great. Server took forever to come for our order, drinks, food, and check. I’ll never return.

Haven’t been in about five years. Was nervous based on some of the reviews, but it was exactly like it used to be. Tex Mex burrito for the win!

Ordered takeout didn't receive any utizels or napkins but didn't realize till back at the hotel room. The menu prices online need to be updated and the service was terrible. Asked for a receipt and had to wait for someone to find time to produce one all the time im standing there and my food is getting cold. When we did get to eat our food the steak in the tacos was tough. And the acp didn't taste very good. Ended up discarding it. Would NOT recommend and will not eat there again.

The bean dip was the proverbial white cheese that abounds in the Southeastern United States with a little bit of watery refried pinto beans mixed in. The 22 oz mug of Budweiser, though cold came from a tap that obviously has not been cleaned in far too long, lending it a slightly off taste but redeeming itself by its reasonable price and copious volume ($5.50/22oz). The house salsa appears to be homemade, for a slightly doctored bottled sauce, sliced onions being added to a thin red salsa that wasn't bad. thin fresh chips. The taco salad was a little bit on the small side, but the chicken in it was quite good, being stewed in the style that you might find in a tamale. A token slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce with cheese and sour cream
tldr: do come to El burrito loco, but get your beer in a bottle, and skip the bean dip

We've eaten here many times and the food is always great. BUT this time things were just off. We ordered cheese enchiladas, a bean burrito and a cheese burrito. First time, waitress brought out two orders of chicken enchiladas. Sent back. Next time, the cheese enchiladas came out, and a beef burrito, no cheese burrito. Sent the beef burrito back, the cheese burrito came out, and finally got the bean burrito. The food was excellent, but ???? Was the waitress getting the orders wrong, or someone in the kitchen? I've never had to send food back multiple times in any restaurant to get a correct order. Very strange and not in character for this restaurant. We will definitely be back, but next time will start out by having the server read the order back to us and hope for the best.
