Eating at a table by sbarro with my family and young daughter. A girl with purple hair was changing the trash bag and talking to a lady behind the counter. Dropping the F bomb plenty loud enough for the whole room and my child to hear. Very unprofessional.

We stopped to use the restroom and grab some snacks visiting from out of state, I used the women's restroom there were 2 doors I thought it was an in and out ,,however it was 2 separate women's restrooms I chose the one on the left , someone was SMOKING inside, I was washing my hands quickly because I CANNOT stand cigarette smoke ,,it was a gray haired skinny worker who emerged from the stall, wearing a green shirt , she could have gone outside ,she should be fired

I see places on here that are total garbage with really high ratings all the time. This Sbarro is great. You won't find a better pizza for hundreds of miles. Yet people don't seem to be showing it the proper appreciation. It was way better than any other pizza place in SWVA. I love eating here. It is a real NY style pie. Wish it was a little cheaper but when it is the only great pizza you are going to find anywhere close, you just gotta suck it up.

Vary poor customer service skills... My husband have went into the restaurant didn't have his glasses at the time order two large pepperoni.. instead of the cashier BREE should had inform my husband we do have a specials on our large pizza... She didn't try to promote the specials or deals..when my husband came home I ask him where the bread sticks that comes with it and other items..I called the restaurant cashier BREE told me we do not promote our deals it's on the door if he didn't see it that's on him and the other employees in the background told bree just hang up on her..... Not professional at allllll....

Different days different quality depends on who is working. Sometimes the pizza is too thin sometimes just right. One of the girls wasn't using gloves when changing food from a quick oven.

I'm a truck driver, I came from Alabama to get this NY style pizza , I came to eat Sbarro pizza, they didn't serve me but served the people after me, after I complained, they tried to serve me, now I was in a bad mood and I complained and left

Pizza was really good! The lady serving us was super sweet. The gas station it's part of is under construction.

I’ve honestly never seen this restaurant before, here or anywhere! My wife has, I ended up following my nose! The food smelled amazing! It did not disappoint. We had more than our share and everything was very good. Pasta, bread, wings and cheesecake. It was an excellent meal! A great change for being on the road! Thank you!

2/8/25 transaction 1205050 order #38 specialty pizza. Crust was soggy and theingredientshad no flavor...probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Tried calling but they cannot hear me.
