This place needs strong management. If you know pepperoni, all meats, and supreme are your best sellers then have those in the oven ready to go when you run out. Employees standing around acting like they can't make pizza meanwhile you have old weird topping pizza that's been sitting there for hours. Please hire a strong manager for lunch time employees don't care

I have just witnessed the most blatant disrespect of a restaurant. I go to a lot of these places all over as a truck driver and I've never witnessed such blatant disregard as a customer as I experienced here at this particular place and quite frankly I believe that it was because of my skin color cast off as insignificant, and that's totally my opinion but I'm probably right. I went in to order a whole pizza like I always do and was told that what comes first is the filling of the displays like my money doesn't mean nothing. I wonder if these employees realize that without customers like myself they don't get a paycheck I totally do not recommend this place pathetic. And they're located in the Petro truck stop Glade springs Virginia also the main pizza maker has icicles dripping from her she's so cold and unfeeling. here is management in that place ????

If you order cheese plan slice of pizza they will give you beef slice and 1 slice cost of 5.45 dollar taste so bad they gave wrong order not understanding that maybe the person is vegetarian and he is on road you giving them wrong order making there job more difficult shame on you guys !!

I’d stay away from here for 2024.Been here twice in less than 10 days and there heater is not recooking the food like it’s supposed to. The whole nitch of Sbarro is they essentially recook the food when you order but with there heater broken your just getting leftovers. Ima give it a year before I eat here again. Hopefully management sees this and gets a working heater

CARD INFO STOLEN, FRAUDULENT CHARGE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE!!!!! Stopped in here Monday 8/19/24 around 1945, bought 2 pepperoni strombolis. The woman tried swiping my card but it didn’t work so she manually entered my card info. No problem with that as I wanted to pay for the food. She told the other girl she was working with that she manually entered my card which seemed weird but didn’t register anything other than that at the time. The next day, Tuesday, I am checking my card transactions because the balance isn’t adding up and I notice a second charge on my card of over $23. Call Sbarro’s and they tell me to call back in the morning to talk to Brooke, the GM, but they take down my name and number. I call in Wednesday morning and apparently their phones are not working. Anyways, check your transactions because clearly their staff is totally cool with stealing your card info and racking up false charges.

Why can't the person who is supposed to make pizza by slice keep the basics hot and ready. Pepperoni, cheese, even sausage pizza. The only thing you can constantly get I crazy stuff, Hawaiian, Buffalo chicken. Pizza is good, when I can get it.

The workers are extremely nice but Sbarro has horrible food which is why 155stores are soon to be closing. I bought two slices of pepperoni pizza and I must say that Subway makes a better pizza .
So we have always stopped in anytime we're in the area or passing through and today we stopped at 8am and they had no pizza so we left and stopped back on the way back home and they had a few pizzas and strombolis to choose from so we got 2 slices of pizza which were fine but not the choices i was hoping for but the strombolis we got were still cold in the middle we noticed after getting back on I81 but even worse the dough was still raw. I think this will be the last stop there for a long time!! This place needs decent management that doesn't change weekly or monthly.

Bummed they were out of pepperoni pizza when I went. The meatball Stromboli was very good. I hate to say it but it's probably the beat Stromboli I've had, and I've been to quite a few new york and Italian restaurants

Love this location, but some remodeling wouldn't hurt. The showers here are better than most locations but are outdated. Every time I'm through here, I'm able to get my Sbarro craving taken care of. The staff here are always wonderful and very helpful. Had to stop back in today to get my Sbarro fix and see some of my favorite people..
