We were up in Damascus last weekend working on our house late and needed to find someplace still open to get food. Found Sweet Ed’s on Google and went to give them a try. We walked in about 30 mins before closing and they were so nice to take care of us. The food was great! So great in fact we came back again the next night for their smokin Saturday! Thanks again for the great food, service, & hospitality!! We will be back again soon!
Love this place. Has it all. Great food, fresh, well prepared to order, good prices, good service. Been several times now, always good. Not fast food and takes a while when they’re busy, but worth the wait. So glad this is available. Daily specials were good twice; corn bread, beans, and slaw are a favorite. Desserts, yum. Thanks!
This sweet mom and pop shop has the best service with attentive and caring staff. The food is great, and they always have gluten-free options; they use celiac safe prep methods as well (they have a dedicated gf fryer!!) I've been twice and each time I was able to order dessert (which is rare when you have to be gluten free!) But I was too stuffed to eat the full dessert there; I took it home with me and it reheated beautifully.
