Every time we go to Applebee's we always have great service. This is hands down the best one we've been to and the managers there make sure to check on us during our visit. The food is delicious and the staff are nice.

So this is the third time my family and I have eaten at this location. The service has in the past sucked but this time it was average but the reason for the poor review is the food. We ordered five different dishes and all of them except for the burger were overcooked and lacking in flavor. Based on the overall customer feedback of this location, it seems like it needs to go under and be replaced with something else like a Chili's.

Omg, usually the steaks are full of bristle. NOT today, steak nicely done, could have used a little more seasoning though. I haven't eaten here in a while, pleasant surprise. Thanks!

Server entered wrong food into the computer and had to keep it or wait to receive food after my wife would have eaten. Steak was tough but edible

For Valentine's Day I think they did pretty well. They were overwhelmed, only had 2 cooks and had 52 take out orders called in. It took a while but everything tasted great.

Thank you to the ladies for making my mom's 80th birthday very special. Also, for the triple chocolate melt that you gave complimentary. We made the right choice for early dinner.
