Placed an order and it took 25 minutes to get our food and the order was prepared incorrectly, service was rude. Food was very good. Bad service!!!!!

It took 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a loaded omelet biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We would have driven away if we hadn’t already paid. The “loaded” omelet biscuit was basically empty. I included a picture.

Hardee's is the only fast-food restaurant that gets my money. Notice that the "Whopper, and Big Mac," aren't so big anymore. They've been down-sized to "Slider" status. Stay strong Hardee's.

Stopped by to purchase my mother a chicken tenders plate with a coupon sometime around 6pm on 8/30/24. Ordered the 5 piece tender plater in the drive thru. Was told they were out of cole slaw but could double the fries so we said that's fine and pulled up to the window to pay. There was a vehicle waiting at the line for their food while we paid. Nothing was said that we needed to wait for the food while it was cooking so we just sat there. It felt like eternity but was probably somewhere between 10 to 15 mins to finally get our order. They were not busy at all so I have no idea what took so long. We got the food and the fries were cold but we had waited long enough so we left and went home. There morning breakfast personnel are always fast and hot food is served. Not sure what happens in the evening but they need help!

Very disappointed Corporate has decided to do away with low carb options.
Vegetarian options: There are some salads, but they are over-priced.
Dietary restrictions: Low carb options have been taken away by Corporate. Bad for us diabetics.
