Unfortunately, Hardee's has been removed from most of Northern VA. I live in Manassas, and they are all gone. Oh, but we have a McDonald's on every corner. They also did away with Long Jonhn Silver's and RoyRoger's as well. Hardee's and Carl Jr.'s are still #1 in my book. Keep up the good work. I visited 2 locations, Williamsburg and Hayes, both were emaculate and on point.

I knew better but tried again to get dinner from Hardee's in Hayes and as usual I was completely disappointed. The night staff completely SUCKS. I went inside this time to order food and no one ever came to the front to take my order even though the cook looked at me several times but never said anything to anyone that I was standing at the counter. You could hear voices in the office which is right next to the counter but never came out. The last time I visited this location I placed my order though the drive thru, got the window and paid. I sat there for about five minutes before the girl asked my to pull forward because they were waiting on tenders. I sat waiting for another twenty minutes before going inside to see what the issue was. Took about five minutes for the girl to come the counter and when I asked where my food was she looked at me like I was crazy. Hardee's needs to do better with making sure their staff is doing their job. I have worked in the fast food industry as well as the restaurant industry and I know for a fact it does not take twenty minutes to make tenders. Will not go to the restaurant again

So sick of this town and the people who work fast food. Tea was forgot until I said something. Then to no surprise I get home and shorted on tots. Bicuits burnt. Money is tight, everything's expensive and I expect to get what I pay for. Not that yall TRULY care but you've lost a customer for life.

We were greeted with a smile! The staff were very nice & right on the ball! Burger was not very good! Fries were cold. Chicken strips were just ok! Windows desperately needed to be cleaned!!

This is the best Hardee's I've been to. Food is always served fast and hot and crew is always friendly. Please do something about the saluda VA Location. It's terrible

Placed an order and it took 25 minutes to get our food and the order was prepared incorrectly, service was rude. Food was very good. Bad service!!!!!
It took 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a loaded omelet biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We would have driven away if we hadn’t already paid. The “loaded” omelet biscuit was basically empty. I included a picture.
