The fried chicken and biscuits are your best service. I know the fried chicken was a big seller yet you stopped offering chicken on your menu. As a result I had to order a burger only for it to be cold and hard even the cheese never melted. I will NOT eat at Hardee’s again.

got there bacon cheese burger. was not edible. over cooked , dry. what meat there was was tough. gave it back, got my money back. they were nice about it.though. was at lunch time also. sad to serve food like that. as with alot of fast food places. they appear. understaff.and or poor morale . sad times. changed so much.

3rd time in a week that they have no chicken ready and want you to wait 20 mins. It was around 530pm prime dinner time and no chicken prepared very poor staff
No surprises except my wait for the order was very short. Meaning the double cheeseburgers were already prepared. I am used to waiting for a 'fast food' order wherever I go; so this time was a surprise.No one was sitting inside even though the dining area was clean. The wall decor was perfect for the community of Gloucester.

On a busy expressway, not busy though. First time having Hardys and it was pretty mid in my opinion but the workers were wonderful, kudos to them ?Wheelchair accessibility: Just wheel them in there, dont be shy ?

We ordered three shakes and they were nasty! One was strawberry and the other two vanilla. Drank some then threw them away. The quality has gone down hill! They don’t taste like they use too.
