Have ordered take out often-no more. On last visit the cashier was chewing on her fingernails, took them out of her mouth and handled my debit card and food bag. The food is hit and miss, mostly miss these days. The place is filthy. Prices have increased sharply. Within the last few years a family four pack (4 entrees) was around $25. Our last order was 2 chicken entrees and a small low main- nearly $40. I give up.

I ordered Hot and sour soup and they sent me eggdrop then tried to convince me that it was hot and sour soup. I know the difference I order it from other restaurants all the time and I know what it looks like. Terrible customer service. And food is mediocre at best.

I've been eating here for over a decade. It used to be consistent and always good. The last year or 2, you never know what quality you are going to get. The fried rice in the combos is plain tasting and sometimes has nothing in it but rice. Next time it will have some veggies. It used to always come with pork bits. I just found out you have to ask for the pork bits and they charge you a $1 and there isn't even hardly any in the fried rice when you do order it. The prices have gone up a lot. Not just due to inflation. Chinese used to be a good, affordable option. We still order from there once in a while but it used to be 4-5 times a month. Now it's like 1 time every few months.

Definitely seeing improvement!I've been ordering here for about a year and a half and I gotta say the food has lost definitely gotten way better. The orange chicken is very flavorful compared to when I first ordered and the crab Rangoon is now actual crab meat instead of filling. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Best Chinese in Gloucester ! I always get the same thing a general tos plate with pork fried rice and it's always fresh , hot and good.

Super fast and very reasonable priced food! We eat here at least twice a month. It’s always tasty and the staff is friendly. Can’t beat the four for $33 deal. Feeds a family and leaves leftovers. Definitely a go-to spot in Hayes! Thanks.
