The fajitas were awesome this time around. They were nicely flavored. It kind of is disappointing that you have to pay extra to get beed fajitas now, though. The servers look very young and always so busy. Good job, guys!

I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. However this time was very disappointing. I ordered grilled shrimp tacos which ended up being 3 pounds of lettuce and tomatoes with 1 shrimp chopped up in 15 unseasoned micro nuggets. An absolute ripoff.

Placed a to-go order, and ordered a side of queso. They no longer provide you with chips for the queso and charge you $3.50 for a small bag of chips. What am I supposed to eat my queso with?? A spoon??? They also don’t include salsa/white sauce and chips anymore with to go orders and make you pay an absurd amount for that. If I get these included when I dine in, why don’t I get them included in my to-go orders??? Juan’s is getting greedy and charging stupid prices.

The picture says it all. This is a cheese steak burrito with no sides, no drink. I understand it's not gourmet but $16 for this is a travesty! Not only was the meat oversalted, the burrito was mostly tortilla. Worst of all, the queso on top was slimy and the only cheese in this cheese steak!The service was also disappointing. We had a longish wait to be served when there were maybe half a dozen tables occupied on a week night. When I asked about getting anything on the side with my burrito I was informed "this is what comes with it" before the server turned and left. He didn't return and another server refilled our drinks. My wife got a different burrito that came with the typical sour cream, veggies, rice and beans.The atmosphere is close and warm. It was refreshing when people would use the side exits to leave. At least then we got some fresh air!
