McDonald’s is reliable when you want something quick and familiar. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect — fries crispy, burgers made right, and the order came out fast.

No matter how many times I have been there I have never gotten a correct order. Mostly I order the big Mac with extra sauce and never get extra or they over do it and with the McDouble I always order extra ketchup and onions but always get home to find either a few pieces of onions and either little to no ketchup NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE ORDERED IT THERE

Do not waste time or money here, especially late at night. The food will be neither fresh, hot nor complete. My last 2 consecutive orders were both missing items while the burger meat had a gamey smell and taste. On the most recent occasion, my dog refused it so I discarded the entire order in the trash after circling back to the drive window to be ignored and told we are closed now.
My dog and I have received our last $40 McDonalds ripoff lesson on bad business ethics as we both will now dine on dog food before returning to this location.

Over 20 mins almost 30 for a mobile order. This was not even peak hours.

4 years later, slow June 1st Sunday, 1 or 2 people inside,slow drive thru, yet the dining area was very dirty.

Honestly this is the best McDonald's we've ever been to! It is consistently very good! The staff is very friendly and right on the ball. All of our food always comes out super hot, fresh and put together very well!! We've been to McDonald's at this location many times and have never had a bad experience!! I highly recommend McDonald's in Hayes Virginia!!

I really hope the cashier lady( not manager) at the drive thru don't go anywhere near the food... looping the building the first thing I see through the window is her digging in her nose and as I ordered my food and pulled up to pay still digging and watched her wipe a booger somewhere on the counter / afraid to touch her and I noticed the dirtiest nails ever .. I'm done with this McDonald's...DONE!!!!!

People who work there are not nice to me

I had put in on a mobile order for 5 ranches and I only got two this is almost every time weather it’s in store or drive through I ask for a specific amount for a reason

Poor service had to wait at the front corner for 10 minutes before my order was taken and the manager had a nasty attitude
