I live in Newport News Va, and the service flat out sucks everywhere I go there. I stop here in Gloucester for a change of pace and I am far and away grateful for the service, atmosphere, and the people working here, I haven’t been this content with any McDonald’s in years. This location comes highly recommended by myself for those who appreciate a wholesome dine in at MCDONALDS.
This Mcdonald's is absolutely horrible. The last couple times they closed the lobby at 9. The time before that the young lady working was very vocal to say the least.(cussing) Just tried to go to this location once more and yet again they wont let you in the lobby at 9:15pm on a Tuesday.

Drive thru told me to wait, then two new people showed up in other lane and had orders taken. Only after I asked "hey did you forget about me?" Was my order taken.Then they left me in drive thru and forgot to give me my food. Then food was cold once I finally got it. Absolutely awful at every turn

Not a great experience here. Ordered a Big Mac Meal and got a Fish sandwich. I brought it back to counter to exchange it. Nobody apologized or acknowledged the error and just told me to wait and they got me a Big Mac. The Big Mac was cold. Customer service with an attitude, the wrong food, and cold food. $10 out of my pocket for cold garbage with an attitude. Not going back.
