Sandwiches are fine but I was super annoyed because I was coming home from a long drive with my young child and two dogs and wanted to call in an order and no one answered (can’t place an app order and drive at the same time). When I asked them in the store they told me they were “not allowed” to answer the phone…. Which if true is absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve brought the kid AND my dogs into the store because I’m “not allowed” to leave them in the car alone.

Google says it opens at 9, their sign says it opens at 9, their open sign is on, but the doors are locked and no one will answer the phone. Super unprofessional!

Usually this place has grumpy people and it’s normal. Today I went in and Troy and Travis and they were the exact opposite. They were just so nice! My meatball sandwich was put together by Travis and it came out so pretty! As someone with OCD he laid those tomatoes out so evenly. When we were done he asked if anything else and I said “what do you think?” and gave me some other good ideas to go with. They didn’t get annoyed when I asked for extra sauce or when I had to remember what type of cookies I was supposed to get.

This is me telling their manager these two guys get 👍🏼👍🏼 up from me. And I will probably eat here agin if they are in there making sandwiches

This is the absolute worst place to order a DoorDash from lol. I literally don’t know why I give them a million chances but I swear to Jesus this my last time. I’m convinced they can’t read, I hate to say it lmao. Never fails, they’ll forget the double meat that costs you an extra $5. They don’t know how to toast a sandwich to save their lives. They can’t distinguish the difference between 6” or 12”. They forget 1 of 4 ingredients at least on a non-customized sub, a literal sub on the menu every time. I hate to be this person but let’s be forreal, I’m sick of it.🤣 This marks a million times too many. And lord knows they can’t blame it on being busy. There’s a hardly a soul in the store. I swear I’m not giving them no hard orders lol.
