The employees regularly give me the wrong food and if you show up at the wrong time the entire crew is sitting outside smoking weed in their managers car. Yet somehow the whole store is getting remodeled. Absolutely pathetic. Probably rebuild the crew instead of the building, sidewalks and kiosks don't cook my food or put it in the bag. Absolutely zero accountability from anyone at this restaurant for their actions.

Man kept getting our order totally wrong. I wanted 7 tacos. He read it back with rest of order 2 tacos, I said no no no 7 tacos he said ok 7 tacos then I gave him the drink I wanted and he gave the price and I asked him to repeat it and he said 2 tacos again! This guy was probably high! Then the tacos we got the shells tasted bad like they were stale. We are never going back there! How hard is it to make a good taco in a place called taco bell?

Went to this location via drive thru on 9/2/2024 at 8:11pm and my total was $22.04 and when it was time for payment, I gave the cashier $20 in cash and told her to put the rest of it on my debit card. Only $2.04 was supposed to come off the debit card, instead the cashier swiped the whole thing for $22.04. Very disappointed in this visit and chances are she probably kept the $20 for herself. Taking my business at the 6973 GW Highway location in Gloucester, VA from now on.
