This is the third time today when I sent someone to get me a chicken asiago sandwich no combo absolutely no combo the bill was $8.84 there was no tomato no lettuce and no sauce and the girl was told three times no combo. Week before last same deal had a Rotten Tomato no sauce no lettuce and charged $9 and some sense I guess I'm going to have to go myself and make sure that the girl or whoever's working the drive-through realizes that one Asiago sandwich does not calls almost 9 and 10 dollars I don't understand it. Used to get breakfast there or sausage biscuit daggone thing was reheated from the night before. The Wendy's at the courthouse has always got the order right charge me the right amount and the order was always hot can't figure out what's wrong with the fast food down here

My meal was incomplete missing half my food, James the Manager was completely rude. And not to mention they messed up ice coffee badly it was warm no ice and was straight black pretty much I had ordered a caramel iced coffee, not to mention but my French toast sticks were super hard they were for my toddler that barely has teeth and even I could hardly bite them and my breakfast baconator was made wrong. I use to work at Wendy’s nearly 3 years ago and know how mostly everything is suppose to be made. At this point the whole staff needs to be retrained it’s completely went downhill over the years.

I wanted a taco salad and found out Taco Bell doesn't make them anymore. So I was glad to find out that Wendy's does. It was pretty darn good

Had to wait 10 minutes after paying. Tried their new Fuego they offered and they filled the bag with MAYBE a small fry with crushed/powdered Fuego chips in a bag that had a hole in it. Crumbs everywhere….the Fuego Burger was…upsetting, overvalued, and disappointing. Take it off the menu..

I should have stopped coming to this location a long time ago, but I keep giving them another chance because they’re at the end of my road. Tonight was the last time. No matter what you order, there will be a wait. The kitchen is never fully stocked. Half of the staff members act like you’re an inconvenience to them. Tonight, I placed an order on the app. Got there only to be told 4 of the items I ordered were unavailable. 2 things they had no substitute for and said I should see a refund in 5-7 business days. We were offered Caesar salads to replace the other 2 items (cobb salads). Got home to find this. A half bowl of lettuce with a sandwich patty. No croutons, shredded cheese, or dressing. For a $9 salad, this is unacceptable. Sadly, this isn’t even the worst looking thing to come out of this Wendy’s. I could go on, but not sure it will make a difference.

The best thing about our $30 meal was the small Frosty! The burger was disgusting! The chicken nuggets were disgusting! The baked potato was disgusting and our fries were cold 🫤 The young man behind the counter was very pleasant and trying hard to do a good job! Food..... GROSS!!

Got a Dave's double a couple of weeks ago with a small fry. Fries were good, but the burger was way overcooked and dry as dust. The manager did offer to replace it, but I did not bother. I just thought it was a fluke. Went again today to get another Double and received it the same way. I think they are cooked in the morning and served in the afternoon. Not sure, but it was not good. Never had a problem at any other Wendy's. Not going to the one in Hayes again.

Every single time for the last 4 times I have gone there my food has been wrong in some way… today we went by to get something real quick and I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and my girlfriend got a order of chili so we get the food and head back home and she checks they bag they had forgotten my fries I’m a bit frustrated because this happens quite frequently at this specific Wendy’s but I go back and get the fires then we finally go home and I open my sandwich wrapper to see it’s wrong who would have thought the only thing on my order that was correct was the drink and the chili smh

Don't go to this location! I went there to get a simple breakfast baconator and I arrived on time and the order was not there. Asked the cashier and she claimed it was already picked up. Pretty much admitting that she let somebody else take MY food that I paid for without even confirming who it was for. She then lied saying that it was ordered 20 minutes but I ordered it 10 minutes ago and it's only at least a 2 minute drive. She refused to make another after clearly being shown the receipt. Instead of looking for a manager I just left and got a refund on the app. But again, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
