Don't go to this location! I went there to get a simple breakfast baconator and I arrived on time and the order was not there. Asked the cashier and she claimed it was already picked up. Pretty much admitting that she let somebody else take MY food that I paid for without even confirming who it was for. She then lied saying that it was ordered 20 minutes but I ordered it 10 minutes ago and it's only at least a 2 minute drive. She refused to make another after clearly being shown the receipt. Instead of looking for a manager I just left and got a refund on the app. But again, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

At one time this was a very good Wendy's not anymore this is the second time I went there the food is cold you can't make a decent Dave single unbelievable this is the worst Wendy's around and they don't give you a receipt so you can't report it to headquarters it don't matter I just won't go there anymore and either should you at least McDonald's food is hot. I don't know what's going on here.

I ordered through the drive through. The girl working the speaker was rude, rushed my order, and when I asked for a large combo I got a sigh over the system. When I moved to the window without a total, the girl was not at the register but in the back laughing and carrying on, and had taken my drink with her. When she got around to taking my payment, I still wasn't told a total (thankfully there is a screen I could see it on when I ordered) and when she turned her head, she had an iPod in her ear! That was unprofessional and extremely rude. Especially while on the clock working in customer service. I was asked to pull ahead to wait, even tho I was the only customer there and had ordered a double cheese number 1. When I got my food, the fries were cold, which is what I guessed I was waiting on. The burger was less than appealing... and due to the customer service, and lack of training or common curtesy, if I want a good meal, I'll go elsewhere and I suggest to anyone else that they do the same. This is not the first time I have been underwhelmed by service and staff at this location and would rather go to the store further up the county than to the one at the point. Even if location is more convenient. I suggest getting rid of the current staff and hiring new employees. If it were my business, I would. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Visited 4/16/24 between 6:00pm-6:04pm.Worst fast food in Gloucester mostly due to the poor customer service. Food was cold and mediocre even by fast food standards. There were no other customers at the drive through.The cashier at the window was extremely rude and unhygienic. Digging in her hair and yelling to another coworker about a “Bobby pin”. Did not include sauces with the order. Did not receive the drink I ordered and once they turned their back refused to acknowledge me at the window so I just left the drink. Did not receive a receipt.Restaurant was not accepting cash. Card only.
