I eat at this location 4-5 times weekly for years, because It is closest to where I live and almost repeatedly find them out of something. This is unacceptable. I think most potential customers would have given up years ago, but like I said, it's the closest.
Cold fries, out of made salads or chocolate chip cookies at least 50% of the time. No baked potatoes many other times. For 2 days now, they Haven't had any ice. They could at least have gone next door and purchased enough ice to get through...flat warm drinks just makes return business a difficult decision. Restaurants just don't keep business with the continued serious issues as experienced here.

To go drive threw. Waited 8 mins to order. Waited 6 minutes to pull foward .also Waited 13 minutes for order to have cold fries. Got home sandwich was half wrapped opened. Why do we get sub standards service. Poor.

Nasty employee... got mad because I told her the ketchup dispenser was empty.. and I interrupted what ever she was doing on her phone. She pointed to the container of ketchup packets on the counter which had broken open dried nasty ketchup all over it. I asked her if she saw how nasty it was.. she grabbed it of the counter went to the side of the restraunt and dumped it in the trash. Never saying a word.. after we were done with our burgers, she finally filled the ketchup.. my husband went into the men's room, no soap, no paper towels. And feces all over the place.. hands down, The WORSE restraunt I have ever been in.. we wont even get into the food.. tea was sour, burger was replaced with mayo, ketchup running off the burger. Just gross!!! Hardly any bacon for a baconator.. NEVER AGAIN.... we eat at Wendy's
Went to this Wendy's location for their veterans day offer for the free breakfast combo that is being advertised for veterans and active duty military. I was rudely turned away after presenting my active duty military ID and was told the offer was for veterans and retired military only. The website clearly says for active duty military and veterans.

This is the third time today when I sent someone to get me a chicken asiago sandwich no combo absolutely no combo the bill was $8.84 there was no tomato no lettuce and no sauce and the girl was told three times no combo. Week before last same deal had a Rotten Tomato no sauce no lettuce and charged $9 and some sense I guess I'm going to have to go myself and make sure that the girl or whoever's working the drive-through realizes that one Asiago sandwich does not calls almost 9 and 10 dollars I don't understand it. Used to get breakfast there or sausage biscuit daggone thing was reheated from the night before. The Wendy's at the courthouse has always got the order right charge me the right amount and the order was always hot can't figure out what's wrong with the fast food down here

My meal was incomplete missing half my food, James the Manager was completely rude. And not to mention they messed up ice coffee badly it was warm no ice and was straight black pretty much I had ordered a caramel iced coffee, not to mention but my French toast sticks were super hard they were for my toddler that barely has teeth and even I could hardly bite them and my breakfast baconator was made wrong. I use to work at Wendy’s nearly 3 years ago and know how mostly everything is suppose to be made. At this point the whole staff needs to be retrained it’s completely went downhill over the years.
