My girlfriend and i really needed a good and hospitable place to eat. Courthouse Market and grill is definitely the place to go.

This little place in Goochland is worth the drive. The biscuits here are delicious. Nice menu and also daily specials. This is not a fast food place so expect to wait as if you're at a sit down. You order at the counter and it is brought to you by the sweet girl who remembers you, your order and where you are sitting! They make all the food fresh and they get very busy.

Owner should not talk badly about customers where other customers can hear. This is a small community and I would not think that you would want to alienate your customer base. Also, please don’t lick your fingers while preparing customers orders - not sanitary.

I eat lunch here regularly. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever tried here. The sweet potato fries and pork BBQ sandwich are my favorites. If you get the BBQ, don’t skip the slaw or hot sauce!

Goochland Courthouse is a staple of Goochland. My friends and I come here at least twice a week to eat here especially after runs. The service is great and they’re really personable and friendly. The atmosphere is also cool because it’s definitely a smaller town cafe feel, you order at counter pick your own seats, and they bring the food out. Then the star of the show the food. The quality of the food is impeccable, in this picture I got their chocolate pancakes and it’s have eaten because I couldn’t wait to eat them. The cookie in the photo is also one of the best cookies in Virginia, it’s a homemade sugar cookie and it’s delicious. I would definitely recommend this place because the food and service is too tier!

Parking: It shares a parking lot with a couple other local stores. They are all local hotspots so parking can get limited at times. Not their fault just the reality of it.

My husband found this place looking for something different to eat on our way to the mountains.
WOW, the food is so good. My husband had the steak and cheese. Very tender and cheesy. I had the falafel pita and too was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh. If you’re in the area definitely stop. You won’t be disappointed

I ordered a chicken , egg, cheese on bagel. Overall the food was okay. The chicken was small, like a single chicken tender.....only covered like, the width of the hole in the bagel...but other then that it was okay.
