Nice, friendly staff, but never consistent coffee and mine is just simple cream and flavor. A lot of times it’s bitter not enough creamer or not enough sweetener or it’s bitter too much creamer and too sweet. What the hell! I even had them remake it still the same. 🤷🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️

The worst avocado toast. The bread was moist and soggy, there's barely ANY avocado on...you can see the bread through it. Very disappointed and regret coming here. $6 is too much for this mess. 👎

I paid just under $25 for a dozen assorted donuts and a large, plain latte. The donuts were fine (not as good as Krispy Kreme, but Dunkin never is), but they burned the milk in my $6 latte! Not just scalded—the burnt flavor was so overwhelming I threw the coffee away when I got to work. I honestly didn’t know it was possible to badly burn milk with a steamer wand, but apparently it happens when you don’t clean your espresso machine. So I got dirty burned milk.
I will grudgingly pay $6 for a decent latte, but an undrinkable $6 latte is unacceptable. Even Starbucks is cheaper, and somehow the stale $2 drip coffee at the Valero station by my job site was more drinkable.

They are amazing here! Have a good stock and serve you fast and friendly. Employees here are wonderful. Its a great place to do telework or for the local teens to hang out. Food is fresh and tasty.

Frequently out of classic donut flavors, even by late morning. We're often told the decaf latte machine is broken. And they charge 53 cents for a pup cup.

It was my first time getting an iced drink from Dunkin along with some doughnuts! The Mocha Frozen Coffee was delicious. Much like a milkshake with caffeine. Comparable to Starbucks, but I liked this better. Their limited time Churro doughnut didn't taste as fresh as the others and needed more flavor. The Vanilla Creme and Boston Creme were great though! And the Double Chocolate Cake doughnut was pretty good too, but also needed a little more flavor. A plus is their rewards app. I've already racked up some points to put towards more treats. Which is necessary because with their prices going up, it's not exactly super cheap anymore.

Ordered two sausage & egg sandwiches made it very clear we didn’t want any cheese the cashier even repeated no cheese back to us so we were confident with the order got home and realized our sandwiches have cheese and NO SAUSAGE whatsoever on them, 6-7$ for a sandwich and it didn’t even come with the primary ingredients???!!!! typically they don’t forget the sausage they but they always put the cheese on no matter how clear you make it to them 9/10 times your sandwich will be wrong unless you want everything on it. but seriously how do you forget the sausage?
This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts and I've been to all of them in Richmond and Gordonsville and this place rocks. The folks who wait on you are super nice and always willing to help or give suggestions on the selection they have. I use my app 99.9% of the time to get the added points and what is really great is when I drive up to the intercom, they know me by name. I feel like Norm when he walks into the Cheers bar where everyone knows his name. I usually get a large coffee with cream and a shots of mocha and even tried it frozen (killer, better than anything Starbucks has, and cheaper). I'm going tomorrow to get my daily coffee fix.
