The grill was broke down here when I came and they forgot my order was sitting and serve the person that ordered after me then tried to give me old food when new was up . The tea was pretty decent I like mine a lil more sweet I had tenders from here

this is the last time I come to this filthy place, the workers are rude and just Mumble things back to you, good luck trying to communicate anything through the drive-thru . no total no confirmation to order is correct . just trying to rush you through there with a mumbling voice. food is always dry and overcooked. they all look sleepy and close to nodding out , unclean and unkept. took 20 minutes to get my order so I got tired of waiting and went inside and the place was completely empty. people just moping around doing nothing. lame... I will spend my money elsewhere next time

I got here at 645pm and the cook was pissed off because we ordered food and a milkshake. They dont close until 9pm. Dude had a nasty attitude the entire time and the food tasted like garbage. He also had nasty dreads that were visably dirty and no hair net

I saw I came to Hardee’s in Goochland down the street from the high school was amazing and remind you I’m from Richmond the big city. The service in Richmond is poor compared to the service here in Goochland. I got treated like I was a president. They showed me love respect The atmosphere was amazing. and the food was great thank you Hardees and all the crew workers that was here on today. I did a great job. I definitely give you 10 stars. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I got the sloppiest freaking burger ever there was ketchup all over the place. The cheese was old and the burger was old. The worst burger I’ve ever had in Hardee’s and I eat there almost Three times a week sometimes. whoever is working in the kitchen right now August 3rd at 8:12 PM 2025 if the manager cares they will hire better workers.

My family was really looking forward to dinner tonight. Chicken wraps ..one small piece of lettuce and a small sprinkle of cheese. A couple didn't even have the dressing on them. Ham and cheese ... Cheese just slapped on, not even melted. Fries were pretty good. Better than in the past. Not going back!!

Went to Hardee's today on my 1 hour lunch break, why did I spend 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting from arrival to departure! I had other things I needed to do on lunch and figured I could grab a quick burger and eat and drive, I couldn't even go take care of my other business because I had to get back to the office. I could have went to subway and been in and out in less time! The food was subpar at best. Let's get it together Hardee's.
