They were out of straws , multiple drinks. The bathroom was flooded and has pieces of the wall tile broken off and laying around the bathroom

Disgusting all together, I order my food and no one is wearing gloves. The manager and the person in the back making our sandwiches are picking our fries and chicken up bare hands and I’m disgusted.. no apologies or anything. They acted like nothing was wrong at all and had no remorse. Disgusting, please do not go here. Plus we are from out of Town so not a good look.

The Girl Grace did a wonderful job. It was super nice the manager Catfish was super rude disrespectful told me to leave and I couldn’t talk to the cashier

The food was good and fresh. This location does not have fried chicken only tenders. Dining area clean.
Best Hardee’s I’ve been to, best fast food burger is at this location, I am convinced. Staff is always friendly and timely. Burgers at this Goochland Hardee’s always taste fresh and are well crafted- can’t believe I’m writing a great review for a fast food restaurant but seriously burgers are that good!

Bad experiences every time we decide to try this place out. I’ve complained but no response from the store. Maybe one day they will get it together but for now I’d definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere. Go to Ecotti across the street and get a burger there.
