Best Hardee’s I’ve been to, best fast food burger is at this location, I am convinced. Staff is always friendly and timely. Burgers at this Goochland Hardee’s always taste fresh and are well crafted- can’t believe I’m writing a great review for a fast food restaurant but seriously burgers are that good!
Not fast food. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to talk to me at drive through. Ordered a meal (hamburger with fries and drink) and when I pulled up to window it took about 10 minutes to get me food after I got to the window. Was not busy. There was only one car in front of me and only 2 cars in parking lot.
Drive thru.
Order took over 15 min.(5piece chicken meal). Employees were not engaged and seemed to literally dislike their jobs. I feel sad for this business. Never does it improve. I utilize this Hardee’s for a quick meal for kids on their way to ball practice/games. Where is management?
