Paid 53 for 3 subs online I asked for Italian herbs and cheese on all 3 and I got the regular bread. The lady didn't ask if I wanted my receipt or anything just threw it in the trash. In powhatan and cumberland the same 3 subs are $40 and they bigger. I guess they feel that ok because they changed the name of the sub but it's the same picture in the app. I will never go there again.

I didn't want to feel judgemental, and should've said something to the gentleman with the beard down his chest, hair was in my sandwich!!! That should be against regulations if you are serving, fixing or cooking food.

The owner/manager was very disrespectful to us (customers) and her staff while we were there; the degree of which was actually quite shocking. Looking at other reviews, I see that we are not the only ones to have had a similar experience. I hope that eventually a more senior person in the company will see the pattern and help turn this place around. And I pray the manager gets the help and support she needs to find peace in her life.

The Franchise owner might just be the closest real-life example of Mr. Krabs. You definitely do not get the standard subway amount of meat or condiments on any sandwich. Does not accept any coupons whatsoever. When you order online, she makes the sandwich then complains to the customer that they came in earlier than 20 minutes. Yells at her staff and pays them less than other subway franchises. I would recommend just going across the street. This subway is probably the worst subway I have ever been to. And I absolutely love subway. Avoid going here if you can.

The woman in there is always rude and never seems happy to help customers. When you order online, they skimp on ingredients so it just ends up being a piece of bread pretty much. Annnd, they almost never participate in subway promotions, like bogo footlong or meal deals. I have the app and think, oh I’ll get subway. But I can never get any deals. So no thank you. I’d rather just go to Food Lion and get a sub from there.

Horrible service by a very nasty manager. Feel sorry for for the folks that work under her. Prodce is not fresh. Unauthorized tips on receipts. Will not honor coupons. Stingy portions.

Only went one time and that was enough. Lady was rude and would not accept my coupon. Sandwich was lacking on all toppings. I was so put off by the woman that we haven't been back since.

The female manager is very rude. I ordered online and she canceled my order and said that I would have to pay again, not even offering a refund. This was my second time here and I believe she may be racist. There was a Caucasian gentleman behind and after brushing off my concerns about my order she preceded to show him much better customer service than was shown to me. This place is horrible 1 out of 5

Good Italian bmt, but the service from the manager herself is horrible. She wants to hurry up and ring you up get your money and then when you ask for things to be put on sandwich oh don't have that oh I don't have that. I just paid over $23 for 2 ft longs with just meat and cheese on them that's ridiculous and she's very rude
