What a great evening we had. The food was delicious, the atmosphere friendly, the staff inviting . . . we had never been there before and we felt like we were with friends, sharing some food and drink on a Friday night. Highly recommend. We're going back!

If you are looking for a good home feel welcome place this is it. The food is so good. I get a cheeseburger and dump a bowl of their chili beans over top of it open face style. fries and all SO GOOD. Private owned feels like family. Try them out , You'll be glad you did. I'm on my way back there now.

Mill Iron Grill is a true gem. First and foremost, the people here are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely top tier. We’ll always come back for the staff as much as the food.
Speaking of food, everything we’ve tried has been excellent. The wings are especially good, with just the right flavor and crispness, and the burgers never disappoint. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich, which is always cooked perfectly. Pair that with a cold beer from their great selection, and you’ve got a meal that keeps us coming back.
The atmosphere adds to the experience too. It’s relaxed and fun, and we especially enjoy the Star Wars pinball machine, it’s a unique touch that makes the place feel even more memorable.
Overall, Mill Iron Grill delivers great food, great drinks, and even better people. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that gets everything right.

The food was amazing. Not your typical "bar food." Better!!! The service is friendly and prompt. We felt like family there. I will add that if you go in there talking loudly and being a racist bigot, they will ask you to leave. It's a safe place for everyone. I admired that. It's a hidden gem on rt 24 in Goodview VA. Featured on Hometown eats and got rave reviews!

Read the reviews on Google,it looked like a great place for us to meet some relatives halfway between Roanoke and SML. Pulling up to it you wonder... Went inside place is clean servers are friendly The food was delicious. Only recommendation I would make is to get a sign out front identifying it as the Mill Iron Grill. We knew it was the Mill Iron Grill by the Google review pictures. Enjoy eating there and Will be back.

Dont be scared of the outside appearance...those are the places that have the best food! It is a smaller restaurant however, they accommodated our party of 10 tonight. Staff was amazing. Corn nuggets and onion rings were delicious appetizers. Our crew got wings, salad, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, chicken cordon bleu, cheese steaks and the steak. Everyone was happy and stuffed after leaving. They even put money in the jukebox and the kids provided some entertainment 🤣. Would recommend and come back again.
