The food was delicious and very very hot everything was fresh and the service was fabulous. We would 100% come back. The ambiance was refreshing and the space had great energy to it.

Call in orders are often wrong. Request for mayonnaise for BLTS were not honored , as well as forks for salads not given although they were specifically asked for. Also, the hamburger condiment happened to be not barbecue sauce but apple butter. It's disappointing to open up the container and not be able to eat what was ordered. We do not like the overly salty fries, but request salads instead and they include the fries each time. Two sandwiches for 47 dollars along with side salads when fries were not wanted but were charged for is a bit pricy considering the staff does not provide the small and practical things asked for. When people ask me for a good place to eat in Gordonsville I will have to discourage them from going here. If you do order take out it is a good idea to check your order before leaving.

I had a wine slushy (it was amazing), never had one before. We ordered appetizers of the disco fries and pretzel bites. The disco fries were amazing, I lived many years in Wisconsin, and the cheese curds on these were possibly the best. The beer cheese with the pretzel bites was excellent, just wish they'd have included more pretzel bites.For my main meal, I had the pub burgers. The combination of ingredients on it intrigued me, but it all came together quite nice.Overall, the food was excellent. Service was slow, especially being that they weren't busy on a Sunday evening, but they were friendly.

Used to love this place but sadly since it sold service is non existent. Watched 2 tables walk out while we waited 20 minutes - no water. No server. After 20 minutes we walked out too. Seriously sad at how awful this place has become.

Went to the restaurant on Sunday 2/4/24. Stood at the wait to be seated sign. Bartender and at least 2 servers looked at us. All three went to back area behind bar and we still stood there. One server came out walked across room staring at us. We turned and walked out. This was the first and last time I will be going there and I’m a local who would have returned if the food was good.

They have some good food, excellent chicken, and very hearty meal options. There is a nice variety of appetizers to choose from and you can get Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert, though they have some house dessert options as well.All of the food was very freshly prepared and piping hot, except the ice cream which was frozen very firm. The crispiness of the fried items was firm with soft interiors and no sign of overcooking or "old oil" taste. I had the Gville Disco Fries appetizer as my entrée and it is plenty of food to satisfy. The white chicken chili on these fries has excellent taste with very large pieces of chicken that is succulent and fork-tender. The combination of potato wedges, bar cheese, and the chicken chili is very warm and inviting. Phenomenal meal choice for a cold and wet afternoon.
