I stood at the front counter/register for about 7 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Not sure if the workers were just in the back. No one came to address me or take my order. I then placed an order on the mobile app since I figured it would be faster. Received my iced coffee 2 minutes after that. Guess I’ll just order using mobile app from now on. I just wish the store employees were a little better about customer service.

This was one of the worst experience we had. We wanted to dine in but the door was closed and we were told to go to drive thru. We ordered 4 hash browns none of them were cooked fully. Hot chocolate was not even hot chocolate. All everything bagel was not done right. One of the most horrible experiences.

the last 3 times i have gone to this location they have no had custard filled doughnuts, as a doughnut shop im unsure how you can be out of a very popular doughnut 3 different times !! VERY IRRITATING

This place has gone down hill in the past year. The staff is barely existing and doesn't even smile or look at you, gets your order wrong, doesn't bother putting napkins in the bag. It seems to always be very dirty in the actual restaurant. Go get your sugar fix elsewhere...

This location is unfortunately staffed by a bunch of kids. It doesn't matter that time of day or what day of the week it is, they are out of donuts. You want chocolate glazed, they're out. You want blueberry, they're out. You want Boston cream, guess what, they're out.You want regular glazed, they actually have that, but it's stale 🙄
The donuts were good. The service was quick, but after asking for sausage on a sourdough breakfast sandwich, I found that I was mistakenly given bacon instead of sausage as I requested. All in all it was okay.

Website and door both says this place closes at 8pm. I pulled up to the drivethu at 7:30. I sat there for about 5 or 6 minutes I gave them a little time because I thought they was busy inside. I pulled up to the window just incase the speaker wasn't working. I looked in the window and no one was there. Pulling around to the door I saw an employee walking in the back. I parked walked up to the door looked at the sticker on the window and it says they close at 8pm. I pulled the door to go in and order. The door made a big bang sound because it only opened a few inches and it was locked. 2 of the 3 employees that was standing in the back jumped because I scared them. They looked towards the door and then went back talking to each other. I knocked and they didn't move to open the door that I guess had been locked before 7:30 then they close at 8. I they made so much money that day they closed early.
