Do not go here. SO gross. Flies on toilet, nothing stocked. Food was burnt, hashbrowns cold.
Poor customer service. I did not ask for an ice coffee, but was given one, and when I said I dont think I asked for one, she literally shook it at me and said yes you did. Haha, even if I did( I NEVER drink ice coffee), that is not how you handle a customer, no matter how busy you are, there is plenty of place I can get hot coffee from, so you won't have to worry about me again haha.

The young man working there on 8/20 @ around 3-5 is a great brand ambassador for Dunkin. Managerial material.

Nice enough staff, but drive through takes an incredible amount of time to get through. Ten minutes to get a cup of coffee, sometimes.

Waited 15 minutes and no employees present at the counter. Chatted with a lady that had been waiting at the drive true and saw 4 employees just walking in from the back door, then instead of taking our order they just ignored us until we left
Sat in the drive through and drove around twice to try and get any employee to acknowledge me. 2nd time driving around to the window an employee was there but would not even come to the window and never answered over the speaker. I waited longer than 10 mins and was never helped.

The service was great.
The tables, front door, floors and bathroom clearly have not been cleaned in a very long time. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get out here and see what a horrible job is being done. And the temperature is so cold in here that I had to put a sweatshirt on, it’s way too cold in here.

I got my order wrong three times. I asked for a Camel Craze, not Caramel — and somehow, the “Caramel” drink didn’t even have caramel in it. On top of that, they messed up my bagel twice. When I asked them to fix everything, the girl pretended not to hear me. This was honestly one of my worst Dunkin’ experiences. Rude, sassy, and careless. I’m not coming back.

Waited several minutes at the drive-thru. Didn't get our order taken. Thought it was because the place was busy, but it was empty. Terrible, terrible service. Plenty of others missed out on service, too

I stood at the front counter/register for about 7 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Not sure if the workers were just in the back. No one came to address me or take my order. I then placed an order on the mobile app since I figured it would be faster. Received my iced coffee 2 minutes after that. Guess I’ll just order using mobile app from now on. I just wish the store employees were a little better about customer service.
