I love the drinks at this location! But the evening crew is a bit rude and harsh at times… I went by and gotten a refresher and one of the employees who taken my order was really nice. However, the other employee who made my drink was VERY rude and not so nice… she just shoved the drink right in my hands and I told her “Thank you.” So, after that she just looked at me with a blank expression and slammed the drive thru window in my face, without saying anything. I rather come here during the morning times if I want a refresher, because the morning crew is very nice! But I wouldn’t want to come here during the evening time… it seems like I might take my business back with Starbucks across the street, since staff there are very friendly and have wonderful customer service! I normally do not write reviews… but I do not like the energy at this location at all and staff (which is evening shift) needs to work on their customer service skills…. BADLY! Again very rude and disrespectful to just give my hard earned working money at a place that’s just mean to their customers.

This was pitiful. I get snaking bacon at other locations fairly often. It's admittedly hit or miss, but this was so disappointing. $3.50 for what's probably two slices is ridiculous. The girl at the window also has no manners or personality. So overall just weird and frustrating.

Avocado toast...the toast was barely toasted. Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was too chewy, room temperature, hash browns were cold and cooked in grease that had other flavors. Dining area floor sticky and dirty at 930 am. Women's restroom had a roach, wet floor from a leak, very dirty. Toilet not clean. This place needs help!

3 out of 4 times when I come here they’re always out of croissants. Half of the time they’re rude. I’m writing this now cause I’ve decided I’m done with this one and never coming back.

The chocolate was running off of them and they honestly didn’t even look edible. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. This place needs some major help.

Absolute worst service I received at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Both of our drinks was messed up and when remade they still weren’t right. Not sure if they are getting the proper training or the place is being mismanaged but there’s a system that’s not being followed properly and communication is lacking.

Decided to leave a review after giving this place a second chance. Seems like in the past several months the place has gone downhill. I waited 45 minutes in total to get an iced coffee and sandwich. I'd say 2/3 of that time was waiting in the drive thru/waiting to be spoken to. When I had gotten to the window no one spoke to me, yet people passing the window back and forth. Today, another enormous wait in the drive they. No explanation of a wait time, no heads up. Just complete lack of common courtesy. I sent an email the first time this happened and was offered a free donut or something. Why, so I can wait 45 minutes for that too?
