I stood at the front counter/register for about 7 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Not sure if the workers were just in the back. No one came to address me or take my order. I then placed an order on the mobile app since I figured it would be faster. Received my iced coffee 2 minutes after that. Guess I’ll just order using mobile app from now on. I just wish the store employees were a little better about customer service.
Herb made me a personalized beverage because I wasn't sure what I wanted and it was perfect for what I had in mind. Thank you for going above and beyond, when you didn't have to!!!
