Prices are WAY too high for the quantity of drink + extremely slow service. Dunkin is 1/4 the time and 1/2 the price. I will say the employees are the most polite individuals you could hope for. Great attitudes. But very very slow on the management side of things.

Amazing coffee! Waaaay better than your typical chain coffee shops. My frappe was absolutely phenomenal! The food is great too! The employees are all super helpful and very sweet! They even gave my dog a pup cup every time we came thru the drive thru! We stopped here when staying in Gordonsville, and this will definitely be our go to coffee shop every time we pass thru town (we pass by all the time going to the mountains). I highly recommend this coffee shop!Parking: Easy to find parking in their parking lot!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids! They make kid temperature hot chocolate that my 3 year old daughter loves!

I normally love to go here for coffee unfortunately yesterday I waited 20 or more minutes for a coffee it was served hot although ordered cold the person then looked at the order like I wasn't being honest and dumped that hot drink over ice and said have a good day 13 dollars isn't a lot of money but it's a lot to waste on a drink! The guy at the window said the name Sylvia if that helps.

My visit to this establishment was incredibly disappointing. Despite my initial excitement to try out this place, the experience left much to be desired. Upon entering, not a single person acknowledged our presence. We patiently waited at the register, hoping to place an order, while the two young lady “baristas” engaged in what seemed to be a more important conversation. Despite my attempts to gain their attention, they continued to ignore us, with one of them even rolling her eyes in our direction.To add to the frustration, the young man taking orders at the window appeared completely confused and simply stared blankly. It was disheartening to witness the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. What struck me the most was the stark contrast in their treatment when they attended to the customer behind us, who seemed to be their friend.The overall experience was a clear indication of how poorly the business is managed. Customer satisfaction and basic courtesy should be non-negotiable in any establishment, yet they were sorely lacking here. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I would caution others against expecting a welcoming experience here.

I mainly go here for the drive thru coffee. I usually get an Americano and it’s not bad but not amazing. Reason being, it’s too hot. Like a lot of coffee places they use the hottest water. But it’s not bad for the price.

Venue looks wonderful, staff are kind, but some kinks to work out with quality of products served.Update: Staff are great but food remains lackluster. Bagels are cold and ordinary, and cream cheese is nothing more than the little round containers of Philadelphia. Prices are too high for the quality received.
I love our Gordonsville coffeshop. I've been getting my morning coffee here, since 2021. Tasha and Silvia are my original ladies. These ladies hear my voice in the drive-thru and they know how my morning is going and what coffee I need. Maria and Vanessa are my newer ladies who are customer friendly, I'm kinda picky and they know the coffee and danishes I prefer because they listen. You don't get this kind of service every where. If you're having a crazy morning, their smiles and customer service will calm you down. The coffee helps too.

Not a great experience. Wife recommended stopping here bc of good experiences before, so we went on a sunday morning.Asked for the smash burger - not available. Asked for the red velvet cookies - not available (which made my young daughter cry), so we got two chicken sandwiches. They were terrible. One of which was only enough chicken to cover half of the bun (see pic).Lastly - they were down to tgeir last pack of ketchup so we had to split that too.

I was in there Tuesday and had one of the best cashiers ive had in a long time. Her name is Leila , great smile great attitude and extremely helpful. She had great customer service.
