So customer service was pleasant but I was asked to wait for my food to come out only to find out that yes, the food was hot but you can tell it wasn't freshly made. It seems like it was just heated in the microwave. I ordered chicken tenders. They weren't crispy, they were just hot with the texture of being microwaved.

This place is slow and filthy. How’s it even in business? Food is terrible service is terrible you’ll sit in the drive through for 25 minutes for a burger to come out tasting like garbage. I think the seasoned opening employees and their breakfast carry this store. There should be an award for being so terrible at what you do everyday

Was a normal fast food experience. Frys were old, chicken ranch wrap was tiny, and was told to pull up because it was gonna take longer. About normal for the area but still not a great experience when being in a hurry.

There's not many places to go in gordonsville to hang out but as a local that actually lives in the town this is honestly pretty great go and get a cheap meal share some sweet tea with friends.

I mean, it's a Hardee's, so I'm not expecting a Michelin star meal, but this was seriously the worst experience I've had in a while and I wish I'd just gone to the gas station. We waited half an hour for "fast food." We were trying to save time on our long drive home, but any other restaurant would have been faster. By the time our food did arrive most of it was cold and the fries tasted like they'd been sitting in the fryer all day. The only woman working at the filthy counter acted like we were personally attacking her when we asked for napkins since the self-serve was empty. She also tried as hard as she could to not give us the milk that the kid's meals came with, which was weird. The whole place felt dirty, and not-surprisingly, there was only one other group there. I will say they got a whole stack of napkins, and we almost asked them for some because the employee would only give us three at a time. We left hungry and had to eat granola bars and cheese sticks in the car to get home. This experience reminded me why I don't go to fast food restaurants anymore. It costs the same as a fast casual place for cold, stale food-like products (not a vegetable in sight) and doesn't even fill you up.
Doesn't get better than a decadent hardees breakfast!

Cashier was friendly. Forgot that she gave us our food. Food was OK. Hot ham and cheese was great. The $2.99 double cheeseburger may as well have been a McDonald's mcdouble. Bun looked like it had seen better days. I ordered the one with bacon and no bacon to be seen. Being that we were on our way back to Norfolk I did not go back to get it fixed. Kids meals were ok.

I have been a long time fan of Hardee's. In the past some locations were better then others. This place was the worst. My burger was dry and barely warm. The roll felt like it was microwaved.I should have taken the cue at an almost empty parking lot even as a parade let out.My whole family was disappointed in one way or another.Seriously I'm not much of a complainer. Sometimes when food or service is sub-par I let it go. This is in an effort to spare you from being disappointed and wasting your money like I did.

Stopped in for a cheeseburger and a coffee this evening. Used the drive thru. Burger was fair at best. Coffee was cold as ice. It would have been easier to chew a tootsie roll than that bun. This place has gone to hell recently.
