This McDonald's is always horribly understaffed. Today I went and there was only one person working. At this point shut it down.

Sep 14th, 2025 8:50am we dined in. Ordered from kiosk and was served by a young boy. He was very polite and courteous and even went out of his way to grab us condiments when we could've got them ourselves. While we were eating, we hear the manager very loudly for everyone to hear berate the young boy and embarrassing him. They way she talked to him sounded like this was not her first time talking down to him or other staff members. I wanted to make this review because I have zero tolerance for public humiliation and berating. Especially coming from the store manager, that kind of behavior should not be tolerated. I hope mc Donald corporation takes a look at this manager and gives her classes on how to talk to people respectfully or demotes her for this behavior. Unacceptable behavior for an older woman in a management position.

The General Manager Nora was completely rude after I stood at the register for 15 minutes before I asked if someone could take my order. She looked at me and the customers behind me and just walked away. And then came back with an attitude.

In my life, I have never seen a slower moving McDonald's. While the food I received was warm, it took me no less than 35 minutes to get my order. I ordered at the kiosk. Did not get a receipt and stood in line there with all the other customers who seemed just as lost. There was absolutely zero sense of urgency from the employees. They were back there just talking and standing around, while their manager was the one and only person who seemed to care, whatsoever. Absolutely horrible, and I am not exaggerating in any way. Drive another 30 minutes and go somewhere else, or walk across to the street to the Burger King.

I went through the drive-thru here recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After waiting about 20 minutes in line just to order, I was told at the pickup window that their latte machine was down and I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. I politely declined and asked for a refund. Instead of simply processing it, the cashier kept insisting I trade it for something else and argued with me while I had a crying baby in the back seat.

When the manager finally took my card to do the refund, the cashier and another employee repeatedly and aggressively told me to pull forward even though my card was still inside the store. I refused because I have a legal right to remain at the window until my transaction is complete and my card is safely returned. They became hostile toward me for standing my ground, but I was well within my rights as a paying customer.

Customers are legally entitled to a refund when a business cannot provide what was purchased. Pressuring someone to accept something else, or to leave the window while they still have your payment card, is not acceptable and creates a serious trust and security issue.

I remained polite but firm, and the treatment I received in return was hostile and unprofessional. This location needs serious retraining on customer service and on respecting consumer rights.

Such a horribly long wait and by the time you get your food, its not what you ordered and cold. They need new management or employees or both. It's just unacceptable at this point.

Do not come here. Waste of time. Waited in line for about 15-20 mins only to get up to the speaker and not even be acknowledged. When asked if anyone was there a women came on with an attitude. I ordered a sundae, fries and a drink. The fudge tasted out dated and I had to throw it out. Fries were cold and soggy, and these people gave me 2 straws.. how in the hell am I suppose to eat a fudge sundae with a straw. Should’ve looked at the reviews. This establishment needs to be shut down. If you don’t wanna work then quit. Don’t take your frustration out on customers. Just rude employees and disgusting food here. Don’t waste your money here.
