You guys always close early like almost every day, like seriously maybe at least have it open 24/7, unlike other Wendy’s restaurants, that Wendy’s sucks in Zion’s Crossroads. Please do a better job and have plenty of stuff on every menu so people can get anything to be happy.

This place always has a problem. If the register isn't down, they're closed and never have anything. It'll only be a matter of time before they go out of business. If I want something in a hurry I'll go to Taco Bell across the street.

Rude workers who laugh in ur face and take ur card for ten minutes and walk around with it and then say it don’t work, but never attempted to try the card, I gave the same exact card to the manager and it worked so why doesn’t it work when big man is using it?

My family and I responded to a good Door dash order and drove all the way from Orange VA only which is about 30 minutes away. That happens when an area needs Door dashers. Only to find out that the store was closing early do to an employee having a mental breakdown. The doors were locked and when we went to the drive through the girl that was having a problem told us that they never received the customer's order and that they wouldn't be taking anymore orders. So as Door dashers we are responsible for letting Door dash know why we can't complete the order which is a timely process over the phone. So the order was cancelled but then, an other employee came out and told us that they did in fact have the order waiting but by that point it was too late. I don't know how this establishment handles things but I'm pretty sure if I was the one causing problems like this girl did, there would have definitely been consequences for me. Completely outrageous! I have epilepsy and I hope I don't have a seizure over this!

Ordered a sausage biscuit the other morning & it was delicious!!! Love it !!!
Don’t recommend this location let’s just say people play with your food! Don’t eat here restaurant is nasty and customer service is terrible. I made sure they wanted to play with my food I got my refund this will be the last time I’ll ever stop at this Wendy’s ever again. Doesn’t matter what time it is disrespectful people in this location.
