The lady at the window rushed me along when asked for salt she says everything's in the bag and shuts the window upon opening my bag I have no straw for my drink the burger was sloppy, mustard everywhere and the drink wasn't even the flavor that I ordered.. ordered a fruit punch got a Orange soda… down the drain..ugh!

Either closed at like 7pm or just absolutely poor service. Could be 2 people in line and you'll sit there for 20 minutes and they can't even take your order because something is always wrong there. Worse location ever!!

This is the second time I've been to this location, and both times were bad. How is the fryer down again and they are out of almost everything on the menu? It's mainly the attitude that gets me. I didn't even waste my time. I just turned out of the drive-thru and won't be back again to this location.

For many months, this location is routinely out of large portions of its menu, indoor dining is rarely open, and the service is incredibly slow. This is chronic, and it is a miracle they are still in business.
Additionally, shrinkflation has finally reached Wendy's. The burgers are no longer fresh, and both the burgers and chicken sandwiches have dramatically decreased in size to the point of struggling to find the meat in the bun. Furthermore, they rarely have all the toppings in stock for the sandwiches.

I came thru the drive thru on Sunday I haven’t been here in a while I stop coming. but Monika is the reason I would start coming back she was very friendly and professional she made sure I had everything I needed because I had a huge Order even tho they was busy still got great service from her. My food was fresh and hot. And it was also pregnant girl that was also very helpful.
