Worst Wendy's ever. Frosties are always half melted, you wait forever at the intercom, something is usually mixing from the bag. Dirty. Emptied eating while serving and they just don't seem to care at all. Multiple visits, always the same experience.

New to the area and hoping it was just a one time bad experience but the bread was hard, sandwiches not put together well at all. We also ordered a small and large frosty. The large frosty was filled up as much as a small. Total waste of money.

Ordered 3-piece tenders through drive-thru to see how they compare with other fast food. A few minutes after finishing without eating or drinking anything I had an oily after taste from the deep frying. Sorry Wendy's. They are good but with an after taste. Will have again but with a meal.

This is one of the worst Wendy's there is, and that's saying something. Always extremely slow. Always out of normal food like burgers, frosty's, and even one time fries. Drink machine often is bad quality soda mixes if working at all. And forget about ordering on the app, they never make it until you go ask them about it and seem to not even have the order. No reason to go here unfortunately unless you don't want what you ordered after waiting 30 minutes.

This was the most disgusting Wendyâs I have ever seen. The ketchup station was filthy and disgusting. Every table was filthy and there was food on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. The tray my food came out on had dried up ketchup on it. The menâs room was a mess with toilet paper on the floor. This place needs to be closed by the Virginia Department of Health. Never stopping at this location again. Trust me, Iâm not exaggerating.

This restaurant has become a joke. I know things got weird when Covid hit, but they didnât let customers inside for YEARS. I donât know when it really hit the fan, but this poor place has been truly drowning/wallowing for at least a year. Half of their machines donât workâ no ice, no frosties. Many times, theyâve run out of some type of foodâ one time it was tomatoes, last time it was ALL salads and the JBC. Unfortunately, the quality of the actual sandwiches is questionableâ sometimes no sauce. Some of the employees are lacking any care, and they honestly look sad back there. I like the Wendyâs chain, and I keep trying this one, but itâs pathetic.
