The menu at Bollywood Bistro is a testament to the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine, offering a wide array of dishes from various regions of the country. Whether you're a fan of fiery curries, aromatic biryanis, or delicate tandoori specialties, there's something to tantalize every palate.

As an Indian-American, finding the best Indian restaurants are always a struggle. However, Bollywood Bistro takes the cake as my favorite spot. The restaurant is dimly lit and always has popular Bollywood songs playing in the background above the bar area. I appreciate how the branding stays on point with the Classic Bollywood theme with photos of stars ranging from Raj Kapoor, Madhubala, and Nargis Dutt. Starting off with the Samosa and assorted Pakoras are always a great option. My go-to's are the spicy Laal Mas (Rajasthani Style Lamb Curry), Butter Chicken, Paneer Saag with Cheese, and the many varieties of Naan (rosemary, garlic, and cheese are especially delicious!). As for drinks, I highly recommend the Mojito, Strawberry Margarita, as well as the Mango & Between the Sheets Martini. All are strong, fruity, and pair well with the Indian spices on the menu. Not to mention, the wait staff is quick and provides great recommendations. Being a Great Falls native, this location will always have a special place in my heart and is where I take all my friends to try at least once!

Some of the worst Indian food that I have ever tasted. I ordered a few things off the menu for takeout, just so I could get the full experience, and I was left sorely disappointed.1) I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, a common dish at most Indian restaurants. I even made a note to make it spicy as I can handle it. Unfortunately, it was more like tomato soup with a few chunks of chicken. It had a sweet taste to it, somehow sweeter than butter chicken I've had at other restaurants. It also had a liquid like consistency, a far cry from the gravy like consistency it should have been. Avoid at all costs.2) The paneer makhani was nothing to rwrite home about either. It looked the exact same as the chicken tikka masala, with a similar flavor, as if they just scooped the same sauce over and called it a whole new dish.3) The garlic naan was hard. It seemed as if they had made it earlier in the day and decided to heat it up and serve it up for dinner.4) If you have ever had mango lassi, you know the thick, creamy, flavorful drink that it should be. This was not that. It was water like, pointing to how dilute they made it. It was so dilute that you could taste the mango if you closed your eyes and really tried, the La Croix of mango lassi, just slightly essenced.5) The Samosa and the tandoori chicken at this place were the only things palatable, but even then, very sub par and mediocre for the price. You can get the same flavor from frozen TV dinners.Overall, it is best to avoid this place at all possible. The food is a mockery of good Indian food and you'd probably be better off getting Indian food at a gas station.

I personally wouldn’t go to a restaurant named Bollywood if it were up to me. But since I was invited I went and gave it a try. I was conflicted to give 2 or 3 stars for this place . It’s Holliday season so I gave it 3. The bread was good and the margarita was ok too. The food was bellow the expectation. The atmosphere is also closer to a fast food joint than a real restaurant .

Very friendly staff and very good food! Highly recommend the Butter Chicken and Aloo Tikki Chat appetizer. The Laal Maas wasn't super flavorful but the lamb quality was very good.

Love Bollywood. Excellent service, food and experience. Terrific lunch platter (tali) and the best service in great falls! It's a real authentic place and very consistent. They also do take out very well.

Food was good but the hospitality from the woman who was present at the reception/ taking orders was so so rude to us. She’s taking away our plates though we are in middle of eating. She had this annoying expressions on her face throughout. We are paying for the food, very much disappointed.

Great Indian restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere and fair prices. Have come back to this restaurant many times and quality seems to be improving each time. Keep it up!

Weeknight dining with two young kids (2 years and 4 months). Food was great and so was the service. Food came out super fast (sort of expected given our order but nonetheless great). Flavors were rich and fresh. We live nearby and walked (the two year old drove his power wheel and parked on the sidewalk) so we will certainly be back many times and add this to our takeout rotation!
