Really disappointed in the food. Service was great, but we were really disappointed in the food especially since we have eaten here a number of times and have never experienced what we experienced last night. It was almost like they didn't want to be open. Too bad.

I think they were short staffed the night we went. We waited 20 minutes after being seated for our cocktails to get to the table. Our server was very courteous and friendly but seemed new and even though they were short staffed I never saw anyone come out to the dining area to assist. If we didn't have to wait for our cocktails that long I'm sure most everything else would have been over looked since we were on a date and had no rush to be anywhere. Food was good. We had the lobster dumplings (very little filling) and filet. But neither were enough to make us want to revisit in the near future.

The children in our area seem to lack a level of discipline that results in unpleasant dining experiences in our restaurants and the staff are reluctant to ask them to be a little quieter. The noise level from several kids with their families that night was so loud my guests could not hear one another. This problem has kept me from coming to this restaurant for some time as it has always been a problem. I don't know why the staff cannot help with this. Affluence seems to give permission to behave without consideration for others most noticeably in Great Falls. It didn't used to be this way.

Pasta is homemade, so pasta dishes are excellent! Our waiter was Jose, very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Made our experience so enjoyable. We will be back again soon!

I was looking for wood fired pizzas and came across this place and it was our one year since engagement and decided to takeout and went in, it had a very nice vibe to it. We did the farm and spinach & feta pizza. We really enjoyed the farm pizza, it had roasted eggplant and mushroom among other vegetables and it was delicious! We felt like the spinach feta cheese pizza was decent, could eat a slice each but it was OD of feta pieces so that was not something we’d get again.
It was pricier than other pizza outlets but it was good to try and they’re a small business looking to grow so all in for support local business, so go and check it out! It also looked like they had some interesting ice cream options which we will go back to when we’re around that area.

My wife and I are regulars since the new ownership took over. We had not ordered since the end of the NFL season, we ordered last night 3/23/25, but were disappointed that you no longer could make modifications on your on line orders, for example “No Onions”. We hope ownership would reconsider this to meet some customer’s dietary restrictions.
We ordered food for delivery, only to realize there were no utensils included—apparently, they expected us to eat with our hands. Our pizzas and salads order was accompanied by fountain drinks instead of bottled or canned options, and the drinks were watered down by the time we received the order. Since delivery is handled by a third-party company, there’s no way to know if the drinks or food were tampered with, as they arrive unsealed. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service make it clear that I will never be ordering from this company again.

This place is soooo good! I’ve only been twice. But both times I had great experiences! The food is sourced from local places like Haymarket. So your food is fresh! Both servers I had had were phenomenal!!!!! Atmosphere on the inside is intimate. Not a lot of seating. When I went in the summer, I enjoyed sitting on the patio more.
Always great service, great food. All the Pizzas are delicious. The old bay wings are a must try. And of course you have to end the night with an ever so amazing gelato.
3 out of 4 of us was feeling queesy after eating here. Meatballs did not look homemade and also had to send them back to heat up somemore. They seemed frozen and had not thawed enough. Pizza was ok but table next to us sent theirs back. Liked the patio it was really cute.

visited BRX Oven and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza – it was amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce was flavorful and fresh.
On top of the great food, the service was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. If you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy some top-tier pizza, BRX is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for more!
