I agree with the reviews related to poor customer service. About 6 years ago the owner was much nicer. The new front desk person is very rude. She is the reason I don't order food from them.

I was hesitant to try this place even though it’s in my neighborhood bc of the low rating here but then I saw that most of the bad reviews are bc of the service. And then when I came to the restaurant the place is a little busy so that’s a sure sign that their food will be on point and I was so happy that I was right. I ordered four entrees and they are all delicious. My husband finished the crispy shredded beef in one sitting and my picky girls ate the Taiwanese noodles and I loved the beef with chili peppers and the sour and spicy shredded potatoes. This place will be on my weekly rotation from now on. This neighborhood takeout should get more love, it’s much better than its rating, their food is delicious. It’s really an unicorn to hit both the authentic Chinese food as well as the American Chinese food so well.

I ordered pineapple rice $19.00 very disappointed no taste at all anybody can make just white rice and add pineapple chunks and frozen shrimps - overpriced…..

This place has really authentic Chinese dishes, not just American chinese food. The rice is really high quality, very chewy and not like the usual mushy rice. We ordered the spicy chicken and shrimp, which was very special. eggplant and intestines, absolutely delicious! If you want to try more authentic Chinese in the Sterling area, this is a great place!

This place has really authentic Chinese dishes, not just American chinese food. The rice is really high quality, very chewy and not like the usual mushy rice. We ordered the spicy chicken and shrimp, which was very special. eggplant and intestines, absolutely delicious! If you want to try more authentic Chinese in the Sterling area, this is a great place!

They got my order wrong last time and we didn't say anything. When I called to order today they told us we are not allowed to order because the order was wrong last time. I never give bad reviews but this was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And by the way this was the owner saying this not a staff

Horrible customer service. They delivered the wrong order twice and when I brought the issue the third time to make sure they can get it right the owner tells me I can not order from here anymore and hangs up. The food was also subpar and over priced for the quality but being a local business we try to be supportive. Never again.

I've never eaten inside, have always had delivery, but food always arrives quickly and piping heart. I think the String Beans Sichuan style are great, the Moogoo Gaipan (sp?) always perfect, and the dumplings, House Specail Lomein

My first time getting food from here and was very satisfied with it. The price was a little steep in my opinion but food was delicious. The vegetable noodles/lo mein with the garlic sauce on the side is highly recommended. I will return and must try hard not to make it a weekly visit. Thank you!

I pick up my fix here and it's always good. They use white meat in dishes like orange chicken that are great. Noodles cooked fresh in Wok. Not sure why all the 1 stars. Give it a try.
