I went to this location around 11-something at night to place an order. There was only one employee working. He came out of the bathroom and took my order. I couldn’t tell if he had even washed his hands. wearing a dirty apron and no gloves. When I asked him to use gloves, he replied, “It’s not required to wear gloves.” At first, I reluctantly said OK, but then I saw him scrape leftover cheese bits off the counter and trays and put them directly on my pizza. That’s when I couldn’t take it anymore and told him to cancel my order. Be careful if you order from this location late at night — you might end up with toppings from the floor on your pizza. It’s really a big risk to trust their cleanliness

We have been ordering pizza from Dominos in Great Falls for 30 years. Today we received the wrong pizza. I called the store and the manager David said his staff never makes a mistake. They are perfect. We tossed the pie.

The food is Dominos, you can expect the same flavor at all locations. Its the people that make the difference. The manager at this location is an awesome human. I had the pleasure to meet David yesterday and Dominos is lucky to have a person who cares so much about customer service and the way the business is run. In times where it is difficult to hire good people, you can be sure that the ship is being steered by a solid captain at this location.

wings here lowk better than some stores that specialize in wings 💀💀 and this is a pizza store like i can acc slide the meat of the bones for once also i think the store has gotten a little better than how it first started but I'll have to order more things to know for sure
This great falls store is much better than the stores in Reston and Herndon. They don't skimp on the toppings here. The staff is friendly too.

The manager was rude.
They delivered pizza without pizza sauce and pizza was cold And hard as a rock. Took forever to arrive amd We have ordered from this location for over 20 years and never had this bad of a domino's experience! We couldn't get through to the store to even order a new pizza with sauce! Also had ordered the Alfredo and had very little sauce! Bad all around!!!!

I just ordered two sandwiches from this Domino in my neighborhood, and I was extremely disappointed to find that the bread was moldy.
This is unacceptable and a major health hazard. I expect better quality and food safety standards from a reputable chain like Domino's.
When I called to report the issue and ask for a refund, they hung up on me. My additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of this location's customer service and food safety standards.
I will not be ordering from this Domino's again.

I ordered in the restaurant for the first time. The chef created a made to order barbecue chicken, thin crust for me. Also, I asked for it to be well done and he pulled it out and let me check it to see if it was done enough for me so it ended up perfect! The best pizza I’ve had from Domino’s.! I am probably going to order in the restaurant again. Also, the chef is good looking!
