Per my son, the food is amazing. Every time he comes here, the food is perfect every time.

Ordered a vegetable sandwich with cheese and Cajun fries. Took a while to come which should be fine if standards are high. Collected the food bag. Just looked like a bag of fries. They were everywhere and covered the sandwich wrapper. When I opened the sandwich wrapper I was presented with a sandwich that looked like it’d been through a tumble drier. All spilled out fillings and squashed. Very very pathetic in terms of basic respect and standards. The serving staff need to be retrained.

A good stop for a great burger in Great Falls
This location is one of the over 1500 locations in the United States and over 70 locations in Virginia. THis is the only one in Great Falls. It is located at the intersection of the Leesburg Pike and Georgetown Pike. up on a hill. It seemed easy to find and get to. There seemed to be ample parking in front of the restaurant and to the northeast side of the building. There was inside and outside seating. The inside dining area has about 10 tables of various heights and sizes with metal chairs. You enter through the front door in the corner of the store. You order at the counter, pay, receive a number and wait for your food to be cooked. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You can see your order being prepared behind the register. The cost of 2 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of french fries was over $30 so it is not as cheap as it once was. The food was excellent. Drinks are from a serve-yourself station with 2 large electronic coke machines, ice, and condiments. All the tables and surfaces were kept very clean. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience that was a little higher priced than our previous visits.

Great staff. Friendly cashier and understanding when I told them I made a mistake in my order. They said now worries with a smile. Will be coming back. And of ourselves great food. Especially the fries!

Place the pickup order and it said it'd be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived on time and checked in with the staff. Over 20 minutes later. I'm still asking him for my food and they gave me an order and then it luckily inspect that order and it's completely wrong. Didn't they realize that my food has in fact been ready for the last 20 minutes? Sitting up on top of the french fry machine. So now my $20 cheeseburger and french fry combo, Yeah it doesn't even come with a drink for $20,... It's cold and soggy and I've been waiting and it's just been a terrible experience.

The fries had so much salt I couldn't eat all of them. Make sure you let them know how much salt you want.

Feels great looking forward to a burger with all the toppings that actually make the burger taste good for weeks. Only to receive a bland burger with NOTHING on it. Super glad I paid $20 for a shity burger and soggy fries.

Nice and clean place 👍
Five Guys isn’t just about the “Obama burger” fame—it’s about juicy, no-nonsense burgers and fries done right. It’s messy, flavorful, and unapologetically simple. In a sea of fancy burger spots, it stands out by staying true to what matters: great taste.
