We had such a great time at Great Falls Creamery! Everyone in our group loved their ice cream — every flavor we tried was delicious. I came here last time on St. Patrick’s Day and they had run out of mint chocolate chip ice cream, which was such a bummer… but this time they were fully stocked and it was amazing!
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the ice cream truly hit the spot. So glad we came back — definitely one of our favorite spots in town for a sweet treat!

Went two weeks ago, and the ice cream was freezer burned with ice crystals etc, and they were out of whipped cream. Went today hoping it would be back to normal, unfortunately the ice cream was crunchy from being freezer burned, and they are STILL out of whipped cream! For the prices they are charging is it too much to ask for for non freezer burned ice cream?

I had the most wonderful experience at the Great Falls Creamery. The employees there, Lauren and Mary, were so kind and accommodating and gave such excellent and prompt service. The store was very busy with such a long line and they were both still giving me their undivided attention, best service I’ve ever had here.

The flavors are rich, creamy, and clearly made with care — from classics like vanilla bean to creative seasonal offerings. The staff is always friendly and patient, even when the line is long (a sign of how loved this place is!). Whether you're a local or just passing through, this creamery is a must-visit for a sweet treat. The young man working on May 3 was doing an amazing job, serving and doing a great job at holding together by himself. The ownership needed to be present to help this loyal, young worker who was all ALONE! Highly recommend!

Frequently come here and the ice cream is always top tier. Didn't love that I showed up at 8:45 when they close at 9 and they told me to leave. If you say you're open till 9 just be open until 9. Thanks!

in the picture, I'm holding the kiddie cup size as advertised. take a look in the cup to see how much ice cream you actually get for almost $4... quality wasn't there and taste was bland, not creamy.

we have tried a few flavors and they have no taste, they jusy taste like cream! Probably if we chose different flavors maybe they wouldn’t taste like that. But service is good!
Delicious! Very small place with limited indoor seating but a large selection of ice cream flavors. And boy, this ice cream is good!

Stopped in on a Friday date night with my husband. We shared a small waffle cone (2 scoops) and it was delicious! Great portions and the prices. The atmosphere is so cute. The staff Member working was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

it was just ok.. I was a little disappointed... the salted carmel wad very grainy, and the butter pecan had no buttery flavor😕... the ice cream did not taste fresh.. it tasted old.... maybe it will be better in the summer months..

Cute little ice cream shop - went here by myself but it’s great for small groups, couples, with the intimacy feeling it has! I got 1 small cup of two scoops, pistachio and lavender, for $6.10 after tax. They both taste great! The owner and staff are very friendly and would greet you. They also serve soup and food.
