i remembered this restaurant being one of the best in the area a few years ago, but i will not be back after this dinner. the waitress showed up at our table before we had even looked at the menu, and service was slow for the rest of the night despite being mostly empty. the hand rolls we got were delicious, but one had a black chunk of plastic in it. the yakisoba i ordered tasted like unseasoned instant noodles. i can't understate how bland and off putting they were. we ended up exchanging the noodles for two of the same rolls to go because we were hungry and in comparison they tasted pretty good. surely there wouldn't be another piece of plastic in there, right? wrong! a few bites in i found a similar chunk. one of the worst meals i've eaten in a long time.

I don't usually write reviews for restaurants even if the food or my experience wasn't that good but this restaurant and serval times that we have ordered from them keeps getting worse. The food is ok and average sushi but tonight one of employees just was overwhelmingly rude for a delivery order even tried to scam us on the total by $25 on the order. Rudeness of employees has no place on service industry. Hopefully this owner can take a look into his employee and correct it.

The best sushi in or near Great Falls. The rest of the Japanese food is very good. They also serve really good Chinese food since they combined two restaurants. Go for the salmon avocado poké appetizer - the best anywhere. (The poké bowl is good, but not as good.)Parking: Its a shopping center.
We have lived close to Izumi for many years. It is our regular source of take out Sushi and Japanese dishes. We have also had dinner there. They offer a high quality Sushi and Sashimi, which are properly cut. Their cooked food options are well prepared also. We have never had a bad experience with Izumi food or the service of its staff since it opened in Great Falls Village
Spicy is not spicy and crunchy is not crunchy BUT prices are great.

Just picked up an order Triple Delight and Chicken fried rice. The food is disgusting. We always order from this place via Uber eats and sometimes we pick up. The Triple delight has only one shrimp and lots of chicken. No flavor at all. The fried rice smells.

While the atmosphere did not seem to be the most inviting, it was worth the visit because the sushi was amazing.We tried their “most popular” rolls and each one was delicious. Their avocado and mango salad was fresh and amazing! If I’m in the area again and in the mood for sushi I will pop in.
General Tso’s chicken is fried too much and has a tremendous amount of goop. Vegetables are over cooked too.

The sushi is reasonably fine if you live in Great Falls and don’t want to drive. But having come here for years it’s to the point where the service has me not going back. No one ever bothers with even basic pleasantries. They can’t even bother to turn to look at your face, they are very dour, and God forbid they smile. It’s not blatant rudeness but so Debbie downer that it takes away from the experience and there are better experiences and better sushi too close to keep dealing with what has always been bad service ever since they opened.
