Classic Irish pub surrounded by Great Falls charm. Service was friendly and prompt throughout. Food is always solid, as are the beverage options. Lots of outdoor seating options as well for nice weather days.

My senior father and I frequent the Old Brogue nearly every week. It’s just that good! Kind people, attentive waitstaff, yummy food and a convenient location. Highly recommend this restaurant! It’s comfortable and familiar. We haven’t had enough tried nearly all of the food on the menu. We are never disappointed.

We’ve been longtime patrons of The Old Brogue and have enjoyed many meals there over the years, which is why this recent visit was especially disappointing.
Our experience began on the wrong foot when our main courses arrived, but our appetizer never did. No explanation was offered, and the oversight was not corrected, so we obviously canceled the order.
I ordered the fish and chips—a favorite of mine in the past—but this time it was greasy, overcooked, and oddly spicy, a far cry from the crisp and fresh version I’ve come to expect. The desserts were equally underwhelming. The pecan pie was burnt and flavorless, and when we mentioned this to our server, it was met with a blank stare and no acknowledgment. The whisky cake, tasted more like plain pound cake, without any trace of whisky flavor.
We were hosting guests and didn’t want to cause a scene, but the overall food quality and indifference in service left us deeply disappointed. It’s disheartening to see a place we’ve supported for so long fall short in such noticeable ways.
The music was enjoyable.

We went to The Old Brogue for Father’s Day dinner. We have been there many times in the past. However, the meals Sunday evening were subpar. In particular the Meatloaf which was horrible, unlike any meatloaf we’ve ever eaten before. It was inedible. The Beef Stroganoff, one of their specials, was also not very good. As I mentioned, normally their food is very good but it was a really bad meal for most of us. Also we were seated next to the kitchen door which was so noisy (we asked on the way out and they stated that it had just been put in the week before and they knew if the issue!).

The fish and chips was a little too fried so it wasnt wonderful. Maybe they were just having a bad day. The chicken wings were not crispy at all. Which even if covered in sauce should still maintain the crisp factor. We loved the onion rings. We will return and try more stuff!
Great menu, solid beer selection!
Haven't been in years, and disappointed in the change of menu and the burgers now have frozen meat. Wait staff was excellent, but this change is disheartening...
A group of friends meets here periodically for lunch. Today, there were nine of us. The staff are always accommodating and there is no hassle when we linger to chat.
Vegetarian options: There is a wonderful beet and walnut salad with plenty of greens and a lovely lightvdressing.
