You can trust it with your eyes closed, everything is top quality, from the cocktails to the ceviche. The food is flavorful, fresh, and served in generous portions. I tried the Ceviche Mixto Carretillero at Pio Pio, and it was absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced with a nice kick of citrus and spice. If you're a ceviche fan, this dish is a must-try!
Great Peruvian food, however the servers seemed a little rushed. Perhaps this was just because it was a particularly busy time.
