The staff is always friendly and have even politely listened to my ADHD fueled trauma dump as this location is just a few doors down from my veterinarian and my dog is having some serious health issues. 😭
They all deserve raises just for dealing with people like me.
Update: Staff is still fantastic!! I really enjoy this location purely due to the people who work there.
Parking: The parking lot in this plaza is not well designed. There are only a couple handicapped spots in the entire lot. Only one somewhat close to the Starbucks. There are plenty of spots when considering the entire lot for the plaza but sometimes few open spots near the Starbucks. This results in many people parking their car at the curb in front of the store to go in 🙄.
Wheelchair accessibility: I mean.... The curb to the location and the store itself is pretty accessible. The disabled parking spots are a FREAKING NIGHTMARE for this entire plaza!!! And, there are very few disabled spots to begin with, especially near this Starbucks location.

I used the online feature and it said my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes and the team had my order ready for pickup within 7 minutes which was very convenient. The team at starbucks works well together and each have their own role which they executed well, Will be returning very soon.

Had been in Germany for five years and thought I would treat myself to my first Starbucks trip since I’ve been back. Had to wait 15+ minutes for my coffee and found they forgot about my toasted everything bagel. I had to go back and ask for it again. Thought I’d try again today and the girl at the register was busy texting on her phone. I had to interrupt her to ask if I could buy a coffee. I asked for milk and sugar. When the machine stopped she spilled my coffee, threw it out, and began to pour another. When she brought it to me she had forgotten the milk and sugar. I had to go back and ask for it again. This is serving coffee and bagels, not operating a hadron collider. That’s actually the only thing they do here: pour coffee and toast bagels and they failed miserably two out of two visits. I recommend only going here after meditating when your patience is at its highest.
